Right on their website there is a stamp of 100% Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed - this is an outright lie. We experienced a flood at our property due to negligence on the part of Realty Performance Group Inc. there was a broken pipe outside of the condo that led to significant damage to our interior, finished basement. We immediately had our company go in to stop the spread of mold. We billed Realty Performance Group for most of the damage that we had to replace and they flat out said they are unwilling to help. After paying into the HOA for over 20 years this came as an absolute surprise. I own multiple rentals around Monroe county, I will be selling all of the ones that are overseen by Realty Performance Group. I'm not sure of Robert F. M*****'s credentials but customer service is NOT one of his strong points. They should consider another president that upholds the companies slogan of actually "performing" for the tenants that pay into it.Review from Carolyn M

In Fall 2022, Bob M*****, president of Realty Performance Group (RPG), our HOA property management company, agreed to do an excavation project for us. The project was started but couldn’t be completed because it was too late in the season. It still needed to be graded, topsoil added, and seeded. We were invoiced for the total amount with a promise they would return at a later date and complete the work. RPG paid the entire bill from our HOA account, even though the job was not completed. After many promises through the next spring and summer, they never returned to finish the job. We had to hire another company to complete the work and cover that cost ourselves since Bob M*****/RPG would not pay the bill or reimburse us. Not sure how you can give this organization an A+ rating.
