    For more than 2 years now I have been receiving a magazine I not only never ordered and cannot cancel since I did not order - and the subject matter of the magazine is highly offensive to me. I have been receiving the *********** ********* a magazine I find highly inflammatory false and completely violating my beliefs for some time - first at my **** address and now it has been renewed to my ******* address. I DO NOT WANT THIS MAGAZINE ANYWHERE NEAR ME. I don't want the post office to think I have these views. I have called numerous times to try and cancel - only to be told I can't, since it has come through this subscription service - Strategic Media LLC. Please see the link for their BBB listing. ********************************************************************************************************* Please make them stop before I get a lawyer to do it for me. This is causing me extreme stress and I should not have to receive anything like this. I see at the link I attached above, that according to the President of this lying company that this is likely provided without my knowing through some kind of online purchase where this was lost somewhere in the fine print. He also states that it does not renew - but mine just did. I do not want this ************ they decided to send me is offensive and inflammatory. They don't return calls, and make it nearly impossible for people like me to contact them. thank you for your assistance.**************************** my "account" number is #************ with the ********** ********. Their customer service says they are not able to stop the subscription no matter how many times I ask. Then calling Strategic Media LLC, only allows messages which are neither returned nor instructions followed.

    My name is *********************** and I manage Strategic Media.  I spoke with ****************** by phone and explained why she got the magazine and told her I would reach out to the Publisher and have it cancelled.  We are also asking the publisher to add her to their Do Not Promote list so she won't get any offers like this in the future.  Further, ****************** has an email from me with my personal contact info should she have any additional questions.  I also informed her that she may still get a couple more issues as the labels are pre-printed but we have emailed the Publisher to put the cancellation through immediately.  Thank you.

    A couple of years ago. I started receiving ******* ********* that I never ordered nor had any interest in receiving. Most recently, my 3 year old granddaughter started receiving ***************** As an ****** ***** member, I can only assume Strategic Media LLC swiped her name from my address book therein (my sole legitimate magazine subscription was purchased purchased through ******). With dogged investigation on my part, I found these unwanted publications came through Strategic Media. I sent the company a very strongly worded email and received back a computer generated reply promising an agent would contact me within 7 days. I won't be holding my breath. It was bad enough they sent me unwanted publications but to swipe my toddler granddaughter's name to send her a highly inappropriate magazine is beyond the pale. It's completely unacceptable. I hope you can help me resolve this unsavory, fraudulent practice. Otherwise, I will send this complaint to my state Attorney General and file a lawsuit to prevent this from happening again.

    This is *********************** of Strategic Media.  I have tried 2x to reach ************************ by phone and have left my return phone number.

    I just sent her an email in the hopes we can connect.  

    We do not have any active subscriptions in her name.

    We may have a subscription in her grand daughter's name but we need her to email us back with the name and zip code so we can find it.  She can either

    email me back directly or she can email ******************************* and put in the subject line "BBB Complaint" and we will be sure to respond immediately.

    We want to do our best to address her concerns so please do reach out to us.

    I have been receiving ******* and *** *** magazines that I didn't subscribe to. When reaching out to each magazine they said they were issued through Strategic Media LLC. I have tried and tried to contact them to only be put on hold for hours. And never getting a return phone call when leaving a message. Can you please help me resolve this issue and stop receiving these magazines.

    This is ***********************, President of Strategic Media.  I just sent an email to ****************** explaining how she got the bonus subscriptions at no cost for making a qualifying online purchase.  I have also cancelled both titles.  She has my contact info in the email should she have any additional questions.  Thank you.
