    On October 19, 2023, I was offered a purse for $5.95! ***** ****** was in the offer. After paying the $5.95, I was charged the $5.95 plus $29.95 by BALANCED CH, ***** ********* ***  I called the number and asked what the charge was for. The lady told me it was for a FitBit type smart band. I told her I hadn't ordered a fitbit because I am disabled and wanted the charge refunded. She said they couldn't refund the money because I HAD ORDERED IT and the order had already been processed. I received a cheap looking SMART BAND, YOUR HEALTH STEWARD. 1) It doesn't work. 2) No charged was included in the box. 3) I don't want it. I'M DISABLED. I never received the purse and I want a full refund.

    I ordered a headlamp order # ********* on 8 Sep 2023 and paid $6.95 for shipping. I received the headlamp on 15 Sep 2023 and it didn't have the batteries or the charging cord. I either want those items mailed to me or to refund my shipping charges. A standard AA battery will not work or fit. It requires a special rechargeable battery and the charging cable.

    Instantdiscountdepot and charge my credit card for something i never authoize and they wont refund the charges for something i never did plus there a then called great deals ultimate and they also charge my card i been trying to resolve this but im not getting not anwer from them

    We are in receipt of your complaint on behalf of the customer. We understand the customers frustrations, however the charges in question is currently in dispute. Unless it is resolved, there is nothing we can do on our end. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

    Furthermore, we confirm that the customer's account has been closed and will receive no further charges. Also, please be aware that it was stated in the terms and conditions that the customer would be charged for the full retail amount for the 30 day supply bottle if they didn't cancel before the 7 day trial was over. The system does not and will not allow the client to proceed to the checkout section to complete the purchase unless he/she acknowledges the terms and conditions of the trial. 

    The customer is automatically signed onto our monthly subscription until they call in and ask to cancel the product.  After the customer finishes their 30 day supply of the product, they will be charged on the card on file for another 30 day supply plus shipping and handling.

    In October 2021 I purchased an item from this company for $6.95. The change showed up one my credit card as "PROPRECISIONPURIFYINGS **********." About three days later they also changed me $49.95. When I emailed the company to inquire they told me I had to call them. When I called them they told me I had been enrolled in a subscription discount coupon program and that they would cancel the subscription. Unfortunately, I didn't notice that they charged me $49.95 again in November, 2021, December 2021, January 2022 and February 2022. When I realized this I contacted the company again and they again promised to stop charging me. However, beginning in March of 2022 through November 2022, the charges started showing up under the name "VIVIDFORCEPREMIUMGADGESTSU ***********" for $49.95 each month. Upon catching this and complaining yet again, the charges started showing up under "**********REALTRENDSFA" in December 2022 and again in January 2023. Again each charge was for $49.99. In February 2023, March, 2023 and April 2023, they started billing under "PRIMELIFECOYKITCHENNECES***********." Other than the original change of $6.95 none of the other charges were authorized. At this point I've canceled my credit card to stop any further charges. If my math is correct that is 19 unauthorized charges of $49.95 for a total of $949.05. I would like this company to refund my money. Given that this company clearly is scamming customers, I will not be uploading any supporting documents at this time. However, if needed, I will upload redacted documents as necessary.

    On August 2, 2022 I answered an email, from whom I thought was ******. Here is the ****** email address that it was sent from: ******************************************************** The email looks like it was sent from ****** Wholesale, saying Congratulations! You are a Lucky User, A Brand New ****** $500 Gift Card For FREE. You have the opportunity to choose from many items and you only pay for S&H of $6.95. I chose the EarPods. On August 7th, my Checking account was debited $69.95. I immediately called them and cancelled my order. I told them they were misleading, it was a scam. They said that the order was already sent out. I told them at least 5 times I wanted a refund. Finally the rep. said she could give me a 30% refund. I asked to speak to a manager. She said there wasn't one available. The next day I received a text, from ********* **. saying that they could refund me 50%. When you call the number they called from, ************, you get a recording saying it is not a working number. Now I knew this was really a scam. They go under different names. Here is a list: 1. **********************, phone # **********. 2. ************************. ********************************. 3. Instant Discount Depot, this is where the EarPods were sent from. Their email is: ******************************** Their address is: PO Box ***** *****, ** *****. My order # is *********. My cancellation # is the same. I called this number and told them I could not reach the ** number. The rep. looked me up by my phone number. He saw that they offered me a 50% discount. So they will credit me $34.97. I asked for the full refund and the rep. said that is all the company allows them to refund. I am having trouble downloading the emails sent to me from the company. Let me know if you need those.

    We are in receipt of your complaint on behalf of the customer.  We understand the customer's frustrations and have already responded to the complaint when the customer called in on August 25, 2022. We normally do not accept refunds if the customer failed to cancel within the 14 day trial period. However, as a courtesy, we have offered her a partial refund of $34.97, to which she had accepted.

    Furthermore, we confirm that the customer’s account has been closed and will receive no further charges. Also, please be aware that it was stated in the terms and conditions that the customer would be charged for the full retail amount for the 30 day supply bottle if they didn't cancel before the 7 day trial was over. The system does not and will not allow the client to proceed to the checkout section to complete the purchase unless he/she acknowledges the terms and conditions of the trial. The shipments will continue to send monthly if the customer fails to cancel.
