Ryan Inspected our home in 2021, as first time home buyers we thought he did a great job. Now September 2024 we just found out our foundation is bowing in very badly and we have been exposed to mold and carbon dioxide poisoning long term. The repairs are going to cost us 50,000 and we have been told by 3 companies that there is no way this should have been missed as it didn’t just happen. He took pictures of our basement but did nothing to inspect the supposed “foundation repairs” that were done by the previous owners with a structural company. So if you want someone to come out and just take pictures and do nothing to protect you as the home buyer Ryan is your guy! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LIE.Review from Dakota Z

We appreciate the thorough and thoughtful inspection provided by Gerard Home inspection. Ryan opened every window, tested every electrical outlet, was on the roof, and in the basement. Luke just completed a home inspection on my new home and I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He took the time to walk me through the entire house to discuss his findings. I have bought several homes but no one has ever done that. I was also very impressed with the time it took him to complete the report, which I received the same day. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend Gerard inspection. I would also like to mention Heather who scheduled the inspection. She was kind and she was able to quickly get it all taken care off, and followed up in quick manner.Review from David R

My home was inspected by Stephen Z******, who comprehensively reviewed the property I was planning to purchase (including sewage, radon, and wood-destroying insects). Although I considered myself to be skeptical of remodels and generally able to point out flaws that would require repairs, he was able to catch all sorts of issues that I didn't even think of. As a first-time homebuyer, I was especially thankful for his thorough explanations of the home's major and minor issues, which helped me weigh my decision on whether to continue with the purchase agreement. Because of his report's details, I confidently walked away from the deal. Based on the opinions of people I know who have a grasp on the cost of home repairs, this inspection saved me tens of thousands of dollars. Purchasing a condo site unseen which required a lot of trust in a home inspection. So Thankful for Ryan, he was amazing, thorough, honest and experienced. Being a first-time home buyer and not knowing the first thing about what I was looking at the inspector was very thorough and explained things to me in a way I would understand. Would defiantly use them again!
