  Dr.. **** will kill your animal Mgr will back him up! Do not say you have not been warned! This place will kill your dog from neglect, switch up on you. It will be the biggest mistake you ever make of your life to take your animal to this hospital. You don’t have to believe me, but take the chance if you want and welcome yourself to my helll read other reviews.. the dead looking manager there is the catalyst to all sin going on in that hospital. You can see it in her face she half dead . And there’s more misery to come for her. she will pay for every animal that has passed away under her care the moment she relies on a caregiver Things definitely changed when you let **** ****** ****** pass away like it was just another day. She’s a co**** That will call the police on you without telling you you weren’t welcome back like an adult call 911 ain’t gonna help. you can look for**** to the same care lady They let my dog die of an infection & then try to cover up and say she was dying of cancer after $10,000 in c***, it’s all a cover up. Dr. **** was recorded during our meeting without his knowledge where he admitted everything & his faults but the insurance company has not heard the recording said it was just cancer. There are too many facts to leave. just know I have over 30 years of medical experience. It may not be with animals, but it is with blessings from God & common sense. Take a chance on putting your animal who you have taken time to care for & invested in to Grady Veterinarian if you want to & there is a 99.9% chance you will not be getting your animal back alive. They had me come get my dog to bring her home and she was dying right in front of me. The seeds that the manager and the doctors have planted for themselves are growing. They just needed someone like me to be determined to watch it until fruition That would be me and I am not stopping until neither of these people at the Veterinarian hospital can be seen around a dog park without being arrested!!

  I appreciate your guidance and assistance on December 3, 2024 when I called the BBB Cincinnati regarding the complaint from ********
  ******.
  **** ******, the beloved pet of ******** ****** passed away at Grady Veterinary Hospital on July 25, 2024. Between July 25, 2024 and
  August 10, there were several conversations with ******** ******.
  All Medical Records/invoices were delivered to ******** ****** by City D*** (courier) on August 10, 2024.
  On December 2, 2024 ******** ****** arrived at Grady Veterinary Hospital and the police had to be called to our hospital. The safety of my
  staff is of utmost importance. I will not jeopardize their safety under any circumstance whatsoever. Due to the most recent incident, we
  have been advised that we can have no further communication with ******** ******. We have been advised that communication
  and/or responses in any way may provoke ******** ******. It is crucial that we heed the guidance of the police and we are following the
  recommendations of the police. We appreciate your understanding while we continue to protect our staff.
