    This company, in conjunction with its parent company are spamming my email like crazy. The unsubscribe buttons in the emails are non functional and take me to the same page for unsubscribe and just get more the next day. Please immediately contact all of your ad partners to manually remove my contact info from their databases. If you feel this is not you can can give me the affiliate contact that you paid for service.

    My email has already been submitted for removal multiple times. This is clearly by design. Please confirm immediate removal. If you need to end all marketing campaigns for the next 10 days to ensure I don't receive another email that would be fine.

    Employees from the company will not stop calling my phone. I never requested an insurance quote and they have an incorrect name attached to my number. My phone number has been registered on the Do Not Call registry.

    They will NOT Stop calling. I keep getting 25+ phone calls per day. I need my phone for work calls, so I can't turn my phone off. This is ridiculous. Stop Calling Me!!!! I have asked to be put on NO CALL list. But the calls keep coming......

    A $500 initial payment was required with the representative saying SmartFinancial would add a $100 credit totaling $600 in my account. I was told my credit card info would not be saved & it was a one time $500 charge. I confirmed multiple times it was a one-time charge & was told yes. I have a witness to this ************* there is a transcript of this call. $750 was charged to my card without permission-my card info was stored on their website w/no way for removal. My account manager said: my money would be refunded, this is not how SF does business, the leads I received would come to fruition, the reason SF requires an initial $500 is because of the success rate, would result in more ROI than $500, SF is a multimillion-dollar company & $750 is nothing to them, suggested I take live transfers since those rarely end in not writing a policy(1 live transfer in 2 weeks), suggested I use remaining credit for fresh leads.Out of the initial 382 leads-315 have not answered or responded-62 were either disconnected numbers or cursed me out saying they had received 100+ calls within a few hours & wanted the calls to stop (including a self-proclaimed pysch patient who still randomly calls & yells at me)-5 answered/returned my calls-none were eligible due to preexisting conditions/no qualifying life event outside of open enrollment for the **************************** Act).I spoke with my account manager multiple times & added filters attempting to get ones that would come to fruition. He told me to submit for refunds for the bad leads which were denied. At his recommendation, I got an account with Ringy in order to do text drip campaigns. These were stopped due to 100% of the texts being flagged as spam & 50 carrier violations. Not only is SF not refunding me for the money they took without authorization, none of the 400+ leads have come to fruition. $1,250 and countless hours later I have not written any policies or made a single dime.

Ms. ***** signed a credit card authorization form which clearly noted the rebill for additional leads.  We are unable to provide a refund at this time as she authorized the credit card charge and she received the insurance leads she requested.  The SmartFinancial Team.

    I briefly used this website to potentially find health insurance quotes and within two hours of using this website, I’ve received over 23 phone calls all from different numbers. I answered a few of them and told them to please stop contacting me, but they just hang up. I’ve had to physically block all unknown calls on my phone just to make it stop. I’ve tried blocking a few of the phone numbers to see if it would help, but it did nothing. I’ve included a screenshot of some of the numbers.

    I have never contacted them or heard of them before this morning. Since 8 this morning, I have received 20 phone calls and a dozen texts. I have asked each caller to stop calling because they have the wrong number, but it rings again as soon as I hang up. I cannot get anything done, and I cannot ignore my phone because I need it for work.
