    I placed order. Cancelled it next morning!! No answer back and have reached out to them 5 times. Item hasn't shipped and want to cancel and have my refund.

    We are responding to an “unanswered complaint” letter concerning our customer, ******* ********. After reviewing the customer order, we found that the customer emailed a customer service representative on 04/21/2023 when the order was cancelled and refunded.  The customer was informed there would be no further charges and she could keep any product she received. We apologize for any confusion and as we were unaware of this unanswered complaint. 

        We take both customer satisfaction and our rating with the BBB very seriously. We hope this resolves any issues and would ask the BBB to consider our rating prior to this missed complaint.

    Purchased item called "stop watt", they advertised it would save your electric bill monthly to a high degree. Instructions were to simply plug device into an electrical outlet in the house and it would do the rest. I watched my electric bill/invoice over a two month period for the savings, there was not any savings, reduction in electric cost. The device is a phony, non functional device as advertised. I emailed company 3 times, no response, I mailed them letter dated 10/01/2022, no response. I consider this to be a fraud company operating from address "7652 sawmill rd., suite 213, Dublin, oh, 43016.

    In researching the account, we found that Mr. ****** was refunded $59.00 on 10/19/2022. This represents all payments made by the customer. We are unsure why the customer has contacted your office as it appears the complaint has been resolved.
