    I've never ordered from this business, I don't even know who they are or what they do. But I receive SEVERAL emails from them daily, and I've unsubscribed, I've tried to contact them to remove myself from their spam list. I don't know how they got my information, or hacked into someone's system. But if they do not stop contacting me, I will pursue legal action.

    Jan 9, 2025 Internet advertisement for StopWatt. Placed an order and received a total much higher than said. /Add on's and at this time I was feeling like a scam. Called **************** to cancel the order and was told I had to wait till the charges hit my account. As of today, Jan. 11 the charges hit. Called back to **************** and was told they can't help until I call the company to complain. Called the address, e-mail and still no response. Received an e-mail from them that the order has been shipped as of today with a **** tracking number. Tracking # **********************. No such number in their system. My order # DE8313A154 with StopWatt. I do not want these products and don't want to have to pay for them. **************** said they would file an investigation and it would take 90 days and with no promise that the situation would be resolved. They have been no help at all. I've been a customer for 52 years and this is how they treated me. Shame on them. StopWatt has to stop the order in transit and have it returned to them.

    Yes, earlier this year I ordered one stopwatt plug-in. Yes it said to plug it in near your circuit breaker for **************** Which I did because my most current bill at the time was almost $350 and I thought that this item would help it did not reduce my bills. In fact I got a text saying that I should have bought more than one if I wanted the really good way to lower my bills I think I paid like 65 or $70 for one. They keep sending me emails and text messages to purchase more items. I would just like to get my money back. I think this is fraudulent advertising. It must be a scam.

I paid $61 plus shipping and have let this thing run and placed it closed to my breaker box as recommended and have monitored my bills and compared them to the year before theres absolutely no difference.     I ordered this StopWatt product then found out they basically operate a scam and the product doesn't work as advertised or maybe not at all.     Order #C8FF8A870B. Tracking #**********************. Ordered 3 ultra Air Heaters on 11-24-2024. Money was taken out of my account on **********. Have not had tracking update since 12-2-2024. Sent email to support on 12-10-2024, no reply. Tracking looks suspicious. Last tracking entry was 12-2-2024, the package was in ****************, ** and *******, **. Called Discover to have charges reversed but non receipt of goods is not in their purview. Please help.

    After the BBB contacted the company, a couple of days later the product arrived.  The tracking had not been updated since Dec 2, **************************** *******, ***  Then out of the blue, the product showed up on our porch.

    So, we can drop the request for reimbursement.

    On Nov 30 2024 I ordered 1 stopwatt saver. I contacted support@esaverwatt. Com to cancel order same day. Ive it was approx 2 days later till they replied, said order processed and shipped. I have since been trying for them to credit account. They said they would send me return mailing address to mail item back but havent sent that to me yet, I keep getting runaround . Cost is $68.84.Order # **E320BCFD, tracking # is9261290278838850179630. Item is still in ******* for some reason and never arrived, after seeing all the reviews I dont think it works and want my money refunded. I will send item back if it arrives but need mailing address to do so. Its been 2 days now from last email I sent them to resolve these issues. No response.

    I ordered 3 units and had one unit stop working within 3 days of receiving and emailed the company to get a replacement but never heard back. I sent two follow emails and still no response. Then I read all the complaints here about these not actually working and I haven't had time to see if my electric bill actually has been reduced but I believe what I am ready here on the BBB and am requesting a full refund for misinformation on their claims and poor customer service!

    12/1/24 I was not able to sleep and ran across StopWatt add that claims to save energy, I click on it to review and was going to see how was shipping was and bingo I was not only charged for the item but a lot more than it should have been if I wanted to buy it. There was no check, no way to review cost or charges!Im a senior on fixed income and cannot afford to be scammed like this. Ive tried and ****** tried to reach the company but was not able to reach them.I want full refund and this company made to change how it checks out or finalizes the order. I was not able to see what the cost was for shipping, taxes or what they were charging mewhich ended up being way higher and had all kinds of extra charges like a Convenience Levy. As I have been trying to find a way to reach this company I see that they are listed as a scam. How are they allowed to do this? My amount taken was $144.31, ironically my power bill is $147 that I cant pay now thanks to this company taking my money without me confirming letting me see the final price. Please refund and help prevent others from having to go through this!Thank you

    Thank you so much for your assistance, I received a message and the comp is refunding my money, today,  I also received from ****** that they are refunding it and closing the case.  I hope they fix the problem with their ad so others dont have the same issue.  

    I appreciate so much that the company responded and  refunded the full amount.

    They advertise wall plug- ins designed to cut your energy bill up to 80% from **** ****. That is false. **** **** has nothing to do with this. Stopwatt comes up in ******************** device. You cannot contact them by phone or the internet. They charged me more than they said and claimed they had given me a credit back to my account, which never happened. They claim there is a 30 day money back policy but you can't contact them to implement this. It has been 7 days since we ordered it (Nov. 26th) and it hasn't even shipped. There have been 35 complaints against them this year, and the complaints say they don't do what is stated in their add and, in fact, they could be a fire danger because of the poor workmanship they have.
