I ordered two of your Power units on 11/17/24 for the amount of $68.84, on check out there was an offer for an additional unit for $24.90, so I accepted it, both were paid for thru my ****** account for a total of $162.58, there was also supposed to be a free one included that never showed up, that was what attracted me in the first place to order with you. I called your support number as you instructed, and also sent you a copy of your ad giving a free unit with my order, as of yet I have not received the free unit or the additional unit for $24.90, only the two I orginally ordered. were delivered, when I called your support number some body from Indian Asian Heritage answered the phone, I couldn't understand a darn thing he was saying, because his english was that *********, I'm too tired, and just want to cancel my order, please refund my $162.58, you can keep the unit you were supposed to send, and the one that was for $24.90 and as soon as I see my refund I will send your two units back to you, at least I am honest.This was my second email to them, and they never answered either one.Customer response

This company is so evasive, emails are unanswered, incomplete order delivered, there are still 2 units outstanding. Reviews I have read indicate that this company may be a scam, certainly seems that way for now, unable to get ahold of them, unanswered emails, incomplete order etc. I want my hard earned money refunded, you can have this unit backBusiness response

Bought the product under false pretenses. Tried to return the product in accordance to the FAKE company's 90 day return policy. Was given a FAKE address to send the product back to (ref jpg attached). Here is the address they give to send it back to:*************************************** STE ******** **************. VA 2354, US That's correct, that is the 4 digit zip code they give). When looking up the FAKE address, the only thing close is a *** Store. The matter with StopWatt was fully resolved to my complete satisfaction.
Initially they tried to placate me with a partial reimbursement. But shortly thereafter I received two amounts totalling the entire amount. I concluded that action was due to your involvement.

I ordered a Stop Watt from what I thought was going to be **** ****** company, but apparently I have been SCAMMED!! I paid $59 for the product, but have yet to receive it. I tried calling the phone number, but all I got was an automated message. I tried contacting them through text message, but again all I got was an automated reply. I am a poor Veteran living under the poverty level, and can't afford to lose this money or the product (preferably rather have the product). Can you help me?Customer response

I despise the anonymity of emails and the Internet, which gives these kinds of "businesses" an advantage. I am receiving 2 emails a day from this company. I never provided them with my email address or with permission to spam me. They allegedly provide an "unsubscribe" link in the image at the bottom of each email and it doesn't work. They claim I can unsubscribe by sending the a postcard. Why do I have to spend money and time doing this? If I'm going to spend money, I am going to go visit them in person. I went to locate the previously-reported address for this business (Stop Watt **************************************** ************). I discovered it was a UP Store as shown in the attached photos. The store told me to open a mailbox -- in this case, 213 -- a person would have to provide ID, whether it is for personal use or for a business.
Is it possible for you to make a referral to the Ohio Attorney General on behalf of everyone who has complained about this business? Please advise ****. If you cannot do so, I will do it.
FYI, I am now getting other unsolicited spam-type emails using the same artwork from anther company that is selling the same device. In the case of the latest mailings, they have removed the company location from the image they attached that contains all of the sales information. (This approach prevents anyone from search for the address since it is part of the graphic and not listed in text form within the email. If you would like me to send the emails, I have save quite a few of them.Please advise. I await your response. Thank you.

Good afternoon.
The idiots claimed to have stopped emailing me. They did not do so.
I just received another of their spams. SEE ATTACHED IMAGE.
What are my options? I closed my ticket recently based on feedback they gave you. I also contacted the Dublin Police, who told me this address was in ******** and outside their jurisdiction. As I told you previous, I went to their stated address and it it a box at the *** Store in the plaza.
THE POLICE SHOULD INVESTIGATE THESE PEOPLE. This same scam is going on around the country and I am pretty certain **** **** is NOT involved. Thus, they are using false advertizing to push their junk.

It is amazing that even in the face of fraud -- look at the file of complaints about this (alleged) company -- you can't approach the **********************'s office with a complaint on behalf of everyone. As I noted, these device are being sold around the country. And it's a verifiable scam using **** ****** name. Look here, a solid review of this scam product:
