    The date of the transaction was June 17, 2022. The transaction was for a pair of custom-built rock sliders for a 2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser. RESZ fabrication was paid in full on that date and the total was $893.92. Of course, I never received the rock sliders or a refund. I'd be ok with another company filling the back orders, but I know that is just lip service. The best resolution for me is just to get my money back.

    My wife purchased “Heavy Duty Rock Sliders with Kickout” for my FJ Cruiser on 2/13/22 for $779 (order #*****). After the initial 20 weeks lead time had passed I began emailing them for an update. After several emails went unanswered I began calling, to a similar result. I have attempted to dispute the charges through the CC company however they state that their is insufficient evidence of fraud. All requests for refund or fulfillment of the purchased items have gone unanswered.

    Same sad story. Ordered rock sliders for $912 in November '21. Kept getting the supply chain and manpower excuses every time I inquired about the order. 'Becky' stopped answering my emails once I asked for a refund but all the time their website was up and taking other people's money. Keep looking out for a class action suit. If I had more time I'd file it myself.

    Ordered bumper for toyota tundra for 799.99 on 10/1/21, mike has done nothing to ship bumper or refund my money. he has done nothing but provide excuses and has done nothing to make situation right. he delays and strategically scams people so the chargeback window expires and hides behind technicalities. he has committed multiple acts of **** *****, **** ***** and the total far exceeds thousands upon thousands of dollars.

    Date of Transaction October 19th, 2021 Paid $1993.92 via *****  I ordered RESZ Fab V2.5 3-hoop FJ Cruiser steel bumper - Powder Coated and RESZ Fab Heavy Duty Front Skid Plate for FJ Cruiser (replaces front & mid factory skid) Order #***** I have not received my product after almost a year and the company has apparently closed shop and phone number is not connected. I have tried multiple times to reach them through email. I have even tried to call his other business ** ***** *** to try and reach Mike but he has not or will not return calls or emails. Any time I ever had been in contact it was always the same excuse that they had a supply shortage or employee shortage. No word on when my bumper would be completed. The website still has product at a discount and saying another shop will complete the orders but no answer from them at all.

    I ordered some rear lower control arm links for my 2002 4runner in November 2021 …. At first they were very nice and responded to my emails questioning wait times etc ….. every single time I emailed them they would say “they’ll be out by the end of the month” It is now the end of August 2022 and they have stopped replying to my emails and I still don’t have the product , I’m out $300 now and couldn’t be more upset with this company I just want the product or want the money back so I can go with another company and actually be able to put them on my vehicle

    Ordered a V2 on November. Empty promises and excuses, excuses and more excuses at the end of three months over a nice no show. 32 weeks now. He stopped answering the phone and responding to my emails. His website still posted showing no indication that he is out of business, but taking orders? That leaves me guessing. Filed a claim with my bank but like Mark Twain well said, “a banker is an individual that will lend his umbrella on a sunny day and take it back on a rainy day”. There’s technically nothing the bank can do but to deal with the merchant. I’m upset. I tried to work with Mike ****** and trusted him but it back fired.

    I purchased a set of no-adjustable rear link set-Duroflex Joints RED Item#LK02-RED on 08/28/2020 and paid for order with Paypal, I still have not received my order. Seller kept making excuses as to material unavailability up until 06/10/2022 and then proceeded to offer alternative options to the Duroflex Joints that necessitated an additional $280, which I happily paid. Fast forward 2 months later and I still have not received my original order from 2020, I have not received a refund from seller and none of my inquiries regarding this order have received a resolution.

    [Order #*****] date of purchase (03/05/2022) Estimated lead time was 12-16 weeks, I still have not received the product and it is 8/9/22 I have left multiple voicemails and received ZERO calls back. I have sent numerous emails and only received one email back that read... "Good morning ****! I apologize for the lack of communication, we have had an unforeseen situation come up at our shop that has slowed down production significantly and pushed back a lot of our lead times significantly. I do not have an exact ETA at this time but I am making a note for myself to reach out to you next week when we are hoping to have our production schedule updated. My apologies for this inconvenience." The above email was received on 7/12/22 This was the last communication I have received. I was never given an updated ETA and still do not have the products, however I have been charged for them...

    I placed an order (#*****) with this company on March 31, 2022 in the amount of $717.70 for a set of non adjustable rear links. Originally I believe the quote for time was 3-4 months which is entirely reasonable given the state of material supply in this country. About a month in or so I began asking questions related to their material and functionality with my ‘09 4runner. Their response time and customer service was awesome. Easy to talk to and professional. My last inquiry regarding product info was May 31st and after that I figured I’d give them a break. My next inquiry was made July 13th after not hearing anything from them regarding eta for delivery as this was within the original window for delivery. No response. Tried again on the 18th, no answer. Called a few days later and left a voicemail. No answer. Called several times afterwards and left voicemails. No return calls. Even reached out on their social media platforms. No answer. They have officially gone dark and taken my money with them. No idea what to even do at this point. Avoid this company at all costs.
