            I purchased a bumper for $1,400.00 on May 25, 2021. The business has not provided me with the product I purchased and is no longer responding to any forms of contact from me. I have requested a full refund but have not received it.

            Placed order 11.24.2021 for FJ Cruiser Heavy Duty Rock Sliders with Kickout -Total charge $906.36 Original delivery quoted 4-8 weeks, it never showed. I called and spoke with Becky. She said getting parts was challenging. It would be March 2022 for "updated" delivery. It never came. Now they do not pick up my calls, and do not respond in any way. I want a refund.

            I’ve order some items worth over $700 and was asked to wait for 4-8 weeks because of supply chain issues. 4-8 weeks became 12 months. So I asked for a refund, said refund has been processed but 2 months later not a single dollar seen back in my account. So I reached out via email/phone calls but never get a response or answer.

            I made a purchase on 5/17/2021 in the amount of $759.95 from reszfab.com. I was told I should have the Duroflex Full Link Kit for my 4runner within a month or 2. I followed up on order# ***** several times and every time I reached out via email or phone i was told it was going to be another month or so as they were waiting on parts. Finally in September of 2021 I was told they would be working on my order and it should be a month out. I reached out again each month until they responded in February of 2022 telling me they had more parts on order. In march of 2022 I was told the parts they had been waiting on where in route to them and it would be complete in 3 weeks. After a month I called the owner and talked to him on the phone and he told me he had the parts in hand but wasnt happy with the quality and talked me into getting a cheaper product of his and it would be 3 weeks out and that he would send me a revised bill and partial refund. I have reached out 6 more times since than and not received a response via email. I talked to the owner on the phone and he has told me several times it would be another 3 weeks each time. It seems he will not respond to me the last 3 months I have reached out via email or phone. I tried to contact ******** ******* and open up a dispute since that is the credit card I used when I made the purchase. They told me that since it was past 90 days they could not help.

            On June 24, 2021, I placed an order , Orrder #*****, with RESZ Fabrication, for a complete set of FJ links with Duroflex joints in blue. The owner, Mike B*****, invoiced me personally. I was advised the lead time for said product would be 4-6 months. The reputation on specialized forums was that production was slow but the items were artfully done, so I thought nothing about it. I kept in touch with RESZfab, checking on the order a number of times. Each time there were supply chain issues or order backlogs that were filled ahead of mine. I thought, ok, it's really slow but given the pandemic, it's explainable. UNTIL 7/6/2022, when an email from Mike B***** advised he was no longer delivering said product due to defects in the Duroflex joint and he offered alternatives. I politely declined the alternative offerings and requested he cancel the order and refund my $829.96 paid to RESZ Fabrication. Mike personally responded, saying yes, he'll cancel the order and refund the money paid for an item he would/could not deliver. I sent several emails requesting information about refund method and timeframe only to have no response from RESZ Fabrication/Mike B*****.

            On January 10, 2022, I paid Mike B***** of Resz Fabrication $8,424.84. Mr. B***** told me he would order all the parts direct from the manufacturers and ship the parts to me in one shipment. He estimated 15 weeks for all the parts to arrive at his shop. He claimed the shocks would take the longest. From January through May, I checked in periodically with Mr. B**** to ensure there weren't any issues or delays. A lady named Becky would text me and confirm everything was ordered and there were no issues. On May 11, Mr. B**** replied to my inquiry telling me the parts were still 8 weeks out. I called the manufacturers (***** ****** ****** *********** *** *****) directly to confirm any outstanding orders from Resz Fabrication. I got the same answer from all three, they did not have any open orders from him or from January for any vendor/wholesaler. When confronted about this, Mr. B**** stated he "accidently" made a mistake ordering my shocks and his plan was to wait for the shocks to arrive then order the other parts. On May 13, 2022, I requested Mr. B**** to refund my money. On May 16 he stated he processed the refund and said I can expect to see it in 7-10 business days. On May 31 no refund was received. When asked for an update, Mr. B**** stated, "I'll look into it today, it's not uncommon for this processor [***********] to have issues with larger transactions. I've dealt with it multiple times in the last which is why we switched to someone else. Honestly, if you want to do a charge back at this point I'd be fine with it. I'm still going back and forth with them on another refund that hasn't processed for $1,200." I asked Mr. B**** three questions, were all the proper steps for issuing a refund via *********** followed correctly, were sufficient funds in the account the payment portal is linked to for the refund, have the funds ($8,424.84) been withdrawn from your account? As of today, June 8, 2022, I have not received a reply to my questions or a refund.

            I purchased, and was charged, for a Prerunner Style Tube Bumper with Winch Mount for my 2007 FJ Cruiser, in May 2021. The order was to be fulfilled in November 2021; however, due to setbacks I was informed fulfillment would occur in December, and then January, and then February (I was 8th in line at the time per a spreadsheet sent to me by Becky - attached), and then that it would be started in March, and then April, and then it was "in progress" at the beginning of May. Since my last communication with Mike the business owner (4 May 2022) on Facebook Messenger, I have emailed, called, texted, and used Messenger to try and get a status update - I have been ignored through every type of correspondence. When I was receiving forced communication, I would get every excuse in the book regarding why the delay was ongoing - life is hard for a lot of people, but to ignore customers is unacceptable. I wish to have RESZ Fabrication contact me with the status of my order and deliver it within the next two weeks.

            An order was placed online with this metal fabrication shop on 09/01/2021. The item ordered was a pair of Heavy Duty Rock Sliders for my Toyota FJ Cruiser. Rock sliders are metal rails that attach to the frame of the vehicle under the doors and provide protection from rocks and debris while driving off road. Order #***** was paid in full for materials, fabrication, powder coat and shipping in the amount of $678.27. The estimated build time was advertised to be 12-16 weeks. I periodically called and/or texted for build process updates in November, January and March. Each time excuses were made anywhere from snow storms to stafffing issues to "the business growing too fast" as the cause of the delay. Each time the delivery estimate was approximately 1 month form the time of communication. These deadlines were never met, the item was never received and a credit was requested on 03/25/2022. An invoice for credit was generated on 03/31/2022 and forwarded to me, however, the funds for the credit were never recieved to my credit card. I waited the 10 business days that the company owner (Mike B*****) said it would take to process. When that time frame past he (Mike) said that a "trouble ticket" was placed to, I assume, process my due funds. I spoke to my credit card company on 04/15/2022 and was told that there is no 3rd party processor and that the charges came directly from the RESZ Fab shop. I am currently in the process of filing a police report as it is my belief that this may be a faudulent business operation at worst, extremely poor business practice at best. I would appreciate any assistance the Better Business Bureau could offer so that I may recoup the $678.27 owed to me. Thank you.

            I responded to his text message. We use a plugin on our website called *********** ********. They collect the credit card info and then process the transactions through a payment processor called ******. When there is an issue with a transaction we have to contact the processor at which point they do a basic check on their end to see if the transaction is processing. Which they did. Since to was within the 10 business day time frame they said they'd put in a trouble ticket and someone would reach out in 1 - 2 business days. Typically they just tell me to wait until the 10 business days are up and then call back. Since today is Good Friday we were not in the office. I suspect I'll have some kind of answer by Monday when we're back in the office. See attached screenshot of my reply yesterday.

            I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

            To whom it may concern,

             I filled a complaint, #********, with your office on 04/15/22.  I have been attempting to reach a resolution with the other party, but to no avail.  Unfortunately, I received an email from your BBB office stating that the case had been closed.  I am no closer to resolving this issue now than I was at the time of my original complaint.  I have been instructed by the business/other party to continue to wait for my refund.  It was during this waiting period that the case was closed.
            If possible, I would like to reinstate the original complaint and leave it open until my refund is received at which time I will consider the matter closed.
            If it is not possible to reinstate the original complaint, I will be happy to file another.

            Date of transaction was January 2021. Ordered product was never received. Seller contacted me after 6 months and said it they had missed my order and would ship promptly, but never did. I have tried to contact the seller with very limited response.
