Since moving from out of state last October, we have spent no less than $3,159.88 starting in November 2021 when we first became established at this practice. During this time, we paid to have an Echo and X-rays done for my cat Winchester. He was found to have kidney and heart disease. I had to bring him back to redo the imaging as whoever it was sent out to was unable to see them clearly. After all was said and done, I never received a phone call telling me how far along his disease was. Which was the whole point of those imaging being taken. I decided to let it go, as the vet at the time said it didn't look like it was end stage. That trip alone was +$1,600. After that, in April, I had called to get my cats insulin needles refilled. I called on a Tuesday, I was told I'd be called the next day. I didn't hear from anyone, and I understand things can get hectic. Once Thursday came I waited until afternoon to call, I was again told they were waiting on a vet to ok it. It should go without saying they're insulin needles and are a pretty crucial item needed. I was then told Friday the vet would call me personally. Friday came and went, and I never heard from anyone. Thankfully during this incredibly stressful period ******** in ******** was very accommodating. I had to board my cats there on very short notice in January, so they had my cat's records. I called them that Saturday with no real hope of getting anything filled there as I've only used them for boarding, but when I called, they immediately told me yes, we have those needles, and you can pick up now if it is convenient for you. This should've been my last straw with Stringtown, but I tried one last time. Which brings us to this past Thursday, ********** was due for bloodwork and x-rays. We skipped on the x-rays as it would've made our total way over the almost $400, we were quoted just for the bloodwork. I asked for his insulin to be refilled and was told it was $143. I asked to have it taken off and I was goin

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever. If you love your fur baby take them somewhere else. They killed my yorkie who I have been blessed with for 12 years. I took him there due to loud heart murmur ( not heart failure) They prescribed drugs that ultimately killed my yorkies kidneys. He was dead in 5 months. Before we started the medication his kidney labs were perfect. They are only worried about money and gave zero cares about my pet . Tragic. I hope by leaving this review it will save more animals, unlike my yorkie.
