My son participated in the Emeka Egbuka camp July 21 in Columbus. He was to receive a t-shirt for the camp which was part of the registration fee. They did not have his size and told us they would send him one by mid August. It has almost been two months since the camp and we have not received the t-shirt. I have sent multiple emails and messages through Facebook with no response at all. I would either like to have the t-shirt sent or a partial refund since we did not get everything we were supposed to with our registration fee.

I signed my son up for a football camp with players from the University of ********. It was originally rescheduled from July to October due to player commitments with the University. We then got an email from the company that they were closing their business and cancelling the camps. They said they are working on issuing refunds, but after 5 emails, I have not heard back from them or gotten a refund.

On 8/18/2023 I paid $150 by credit card to Next Gen Camps through their website for a basketball camp to be held 1/15/2024 in Bloomington Indiana (actually advertised as being held at ******** **** ****** in Ellettsville, Indiana which is the next town west of Bloomington). I've been trying to confirm the date and location of this camp since August 2023. My intent was for this to be a Christmas present for my daughter. This company held another camp in Bloomington Indiana at **** ***** ********** ****** on September 2, 2023. I learned from a representative of the **** ***** facility that "*****" wasn't responding well to their communications and had not booked the **** ***** facility for the 9/2/2023 event until the last possible moment. The **** ***** people encouraged ***** to contact me as well. I can no longer access information on their website. It's all "secure" and requires a password. However, the website doesn't recognize the password I created in August 2023. Contrary to the information on theBBB website, this company may be in business with advertising on the internet and collecting money from people at least through September 2023. Alternative names and addresses from public records: ***** **** **** *********** ********** ** ***** and **** * ***** **** **** ****** ***** ******** ** *****. I have more documentation but it exceeds the upload limit. Since they can't or won't confirm the camp for 1/15/24, I'd like my $150 refunded.

We paid $175.00 for a one day football camp with an NFL player. The camp was initially said to be taking place in NYC,NY. After receiving our son’s football team schedule it was decided that he would not be able to attend the Nex Gen camp.We attempted to contact the camp via instagram, facebook, and email as there was no other available contact, within 24 hours of paying and registering for the camp. There was NUMEROUS attempts to get ahold of someone including responding on their own facebook posts. We still have had no contact from anyone nor have we received a refund.

On 02/24/2023 I paid to have my son attend a football camp in ***** **** ******* from a company called Next Gen Camps base in ********** ****. The fee was $127.50. The camp was to take place on 07/22/2023. The folks running the camp contacted me via a group text on 07/21/2023 informing me that the camp is postponed. I have written numerous emails in an attempt to get information on a refund of my money since my son did not get to attend the camp with no response. I messaged Next Gen Camps via messenger and have received no response. I would like some assistance obtaining a refund.
