I registered my son for a football camp with this company. At the last minute they changed the date and location, then changed the location a second time. After the initial change in date, my son was unable to attend due to a prior commitment. I made contact with Next Gen and requested a refund. After several emails they finally responded that they would issue a refund which still has not been received. I just want my $125 back. Thank you.

On 2/19/23, I signed by two boys up for the ***** ***** ** football camp hosted by Next Gen camps that was to take place on 7/22/23. On 7/6/23, I sent an email to Next Gen letting them know that my boys could not attend the camp anymore due to new football obligations that arose locally and asked if they could provide me a refund. On 7/7/23, Next Gen emailed me back and said they’d add my name to the refund list and it would be issued in the next couple days. On 7/19/23, I still had not received my refund so I followed up via email. No response. On 7/24/23, I sent another email asking for an update on my refund. No response. That same day 7/24/23, I received a mass email from Next Gen to all the parents of the ***** **** football camp promising refunds due to the postponement of the camp. On 7/31/23, I replied to the new email string and said I have been reaching out multiple times with no response and asked someone to please respond. No response after that. On 8/1/23, I emailed again asking for an update on my refund and giving my phone number asking someone to call me. No response and no call. On 8/2/23, I sent a ******** message to Next Gen on their ******** page asking someone to call me regarding the refund. No response. I attached screenshots of all the above. I just want my $255 back as promised.

Account number #***** I paid for a ***** ***** football camp held by NextGen at **** ******** high school July 22, 2023. We were promised individual photos, 7vs7 game, camper prizes throughout the day including camper of the day. We received none of it. Some families didn’t receive the autograph like advertised and some didn’t even receive the tshirt. They reached out and offered 50% a different ******** camp instead of offering refunds for not providing what we paid for.

On July 2, 2023, we signed and paid $150 for our 15 year old son to attend the advertised “Next Gen ***** ***** Youth Football Camp” that was scheduled to take place on July 22, 2023. Unfortunately, that day turned out to be a huge disappointment for not only our son, but reportedly many other kids as well!!! They had a total of 435 campers -far too many for an “organized” camp and too many to get the training the kids deserved. More importantly though, out of the many things advertised by Next Gen, few were offered. There was no individual photo with ***** *****, no 7 on 7 plays, and no prizes! One of the main reasons why we signed our son up, besides getting football training, was because of the individual photo with *****! He’s our sons favorite football player!! Next Gen Camps advertising was false! They should have changed the “Camp Highlights” wording before we or any other kids signed up. They knew it would get more kids in if they mentioned “individual” photos with ***** *****. If the original plan was for individual photos with ***** and things changed prior to camp day, then there should have been more communication between the owner of Next Gen, and the families about the “so-called” highlights that day! We honestly wouldn’t have signed our son up if we knew there were going to be that many kids, and that there wasn’t going to be an individual photo with *****. The owner should be held accountable for making a false advertisement! They let not only our family down, but many others down as well. On Monday, July 24th we received an email from the owner of Next Gen Camps apologizing for having too many kids attend and not being able to take individual pictures but the only “fix” was giving us a 50% discount on the NEXT ******** camp we signed up with! That’s unacceptable! I will not be signing my child up for another one of their camps again!

Spent $150 on a "***** *****" football camp that didn't deliver on several things offered by this camp. They didn't do any individual photos with the athlete. My son didn't even get meet him. They didn't provide individual skills training as advertised. Basically had kids run drills with out direction. Advertised a 7 on 7 tournament they didn't deliver on. We're supposed to give prizes out through out camp and didn't. These were all things advertised to bait people in and didn't even attempt to follow up on... ***** ***** was only here for 2 of the 4 hours. Definitely False advertising on so many levels. Only resolution offered by Next Gen was 50 percent off their next camp. I want a refund for the money I was swindled out of due false advertising.

Next Gen Camps advertised an individual picture and autograph for each participant. This did not happen. I wouldn’t have had my son do this camp if I knew he wasn’t getting these. False advertising.

When I signed my son up for the Next Gen camp it was promised to have an individual photo with the player (***** *****). This did not happen and was one of the only reasons why I paid for the camp in the first place.

7/10/2023 order **** I paid $150 for my son to attend the Next Gen Camps. The camp advertised was a ***** ***** University of ******** football camp. We were supposed to received as they advertised a individual photo with our player and ***** *****, 7v7 tournament for skilled players, prizes for competition winners and there was supposed to be a camper of the day. ***** ***** attended 1.5 hours of the 4 hour camp. This camp was hosted and coached by **** ******** High School Football coaches and high school players. It was falsely advertised and players and parents did not receive what was promised to us. I addressed my complaints at the camp to the people from the camp working the front table and was told we can’t do anything we are volunteers. I’ve reached out to the company as well with no response. I’m looking for a full refund for their false advertising.

This camp advertised that all campers would get individual photos with the furs as well as all campers would get an autographed item. This camp failed to provide any photos to the campers and many did not receive autographs. This is complete fraud and false advertisement. The owner decided to open the camp up to more campers and could not commit to his promise.

Next GEn Camps has sent an email admitting they were wrong. They are now trying to sweep their mistakes under the rug by offering 50 percent off another camp. Nobody wants to pay for another scam. Some people can’t go. They took 70k from campers…from kids!  False advertising scam.
