  I had Derek come out and do work for me and my fiancé during the week of June 20th. He came out and started replacing drywall throughout my entire house. He said he has done drywall for years and it’s terrible. There are gaps in the sheets of drywall. He used my mother in laws brand new step ladder instead of using his own products. None of the drywall is flush with the old pieces and it’s very noticeable. I paid this company way to much money for this job to look the way it does. Now I am having to come up with the money to pay someone else to come back and fix everything that he did.

  The work was performed between March 7, 2022 and April 18, 2022. We hired Logan's Remodeling LLC to redo the shower and floor tile in our bathroom. Derek L**** ********** of Logan's remodeling performed the work. Throughout the process, Mr. L**** consistently performed work that was far below commercial standards. The tile work especially was very poorly finished. The backsplash tile in the shower was partially installed upside down, numerous tiles are cracked, the spacing between the tiles is not consistent, large amounts of grout are smeared all over the tiles, and the shower door was installed crooked and is unusable. When we went to turn on the water for the shower, the handle fell off and water started to gush all over the place. With respect to the floor tile: it is uneven, there are broken pieces where Mr. L**** cracked chunks out and never replaced it with good tiles, the spacing between the tiles is very uneven, and the grout is smeared around on top of the tile. The first round of tiling in the shower and the floor was so bad that we asked Mr. L**** to redo the tile. He agreed, but once again, the same incompetent work occurred. Mr. L**** has no business doing tile work or remodeling. He is simply not qualified to do this work and yet fraudulently holds himself out to the public as an expert. We have been unable to use our bathroom at all since Mr. L**** "finished" the work. We cannot turn the water on because the water sprays violently out of the shower faucet. Mr. L**** even had the had the audacity to accuse us of somehow sabotaging the faucet, after we paid him all the cash we owed. The toilet was also installed crooked and the baseboards have cracks and were installed poorly with brown caulk smeared all over. We paid Logan's Remodeling LLC a total of $10,700.00 and I would like a refund, as we are going to have to hire someone else to redo the entire project, including fixing the plumbing.
