Hello, despite the bad reviews we decided to give this company a chance. Derek was very professional. He was very informative and gave us excellent reccomendations on the material we wantes to get. We hired Logan’s remodeling to do two bathroom remodels and we absolutely love them. He laid tile, removed and installed new bath tub, shower manifold and surround, new vanity, toilet, etc. He also painted both bathrooms and did the best pain job I have ever seen. His price is the best around as well. I would highly recomend Derek and his company Logan’s Remodeling LLC. We were so happy with his quality of work and knowledge of remodeling. He knows what he is doing! Our bathrooms look excellent and we are so happy we hired this company!

This company has no business performing the work that they do. They were hired to remodel a bathroom, and ended up doing more damage than actual progression of work. The following is a partial list of incorrectly performed work: Failed to install a trap for the shower. Install a drain tee in the shower that pointed backwards, so that the water would drain back to the sink/toilet. Installed the wrong size drain pipe from the toilet. The PVC was not installed correctly and could easily pulled apart. Cut through the subfloor and destroyed the joists. Cuts were crooked and short and not level. Installed the fan wrong, wired wrong, installed crooked, etc. Either he does not know how to use his tools, or his tape measure and level are broken. The list is actually longer than I can type in here. His work is bad enough that I would consider this to be dangerous. The inspector for the insurance company came and reviewed and stated that it was the worst work he had ever seen before completion and something major happened such as a fire. This company does not actually seem to have insurance, even though they advertise licensed and insured. Luckily, I was able to fire this guy before he got far enough to do more damage. Never hire this guy to do any work. The only reason there is 1 stare is because you cannot leave 0 stars.

I hope that you take time to read these reviews before hiring this company. The owner of the company seemed like a nice guy and a hard worker, but he has no business doing any type of remodeling work. We hired him to remodel our guest bathroom which included laying tile, vanity installation, painting and vanity installation. He laid tile directly to the plywood subfloor which resulted in multiple tiles cracking within 24 hours. The tiles were uneven, they were not level, multiple tiles were scratched, the grout was not applied evenly and somehow he got tile adhesive EVERYWHERE. When he installed the vanity it was leaning back towards the wall. He also installed the drain WITHOUT plumbers putty so when we turned the water on it immediately started leaking. He broke my water shut off valve which had to be replaced. He also paid no attention to detail on most of the stuff he did. There were multiple missed spots painting. He talked us into painting the ceiling and he got ceiling paint everywhere as well. He installed our mirror off center. He left a mess in our bath tub and left multiple scratches. We ultimately had him remove everything and then start over again with a new contractor. It is in your best interest to stay away.

The owner was a nice guy. But he had us fooled. He is not a drywaller by any means and was unable to fulfill the contract that was signed. Do not hire him to hang, finish, or correct any drywall jobs! Our job was started on 6/20 and was told 2 weeks for the job to be done. Our drywall was rushed going up and was told it would be done early the next week. We had some plumbing issues and that put us back a few weeks and as promised the owner came back and "finished" the job. We now have to have another company come in to finish and correct his work. The new company said it would be easier to take down all the drywall and start from the studs again! Luckily for us, they have been in business for drywall for over 20 years and will correct and perfect our drywall. The owner is asking for his second half of the job and trying to negotiate a pay, which we feel he does not deserve.
