I own and live in an historic building that is a landmark in our city. I had Richard roof it over 25 years ago with both shingles and rubber on the flat section. I have always trusted his knowledge and the quality of his workmanship. I recently hired him to re-roof it and again, I'm completely satisfied. His attention to detail and safety, good crew and personal care for the historic integrity of the building, gave me the desired result i expected. He did what he said he would, on time and as quoted. Richard M***** is a true professional. His pride in his work is second to none and he stands behind every job he completes. We had a roof leak and I called/left message after hours, he was on it at 6 am the next morning! Of course, this was in part due to him haven taken care of both our rental properties in the past. Richard came in less time he estimated and put in all new gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards. They look great and do the job. He is a nice guy whos just providing for his family while doing true, good work. Pricing was also the cheapest we got estimated! Recommend!Review from Heather C

Richard Miller Construction has finished putting Seamless Gutters and Downspouts on 2 of my houses. His knowledge, craftsmanship, care and quality have made a my houses stand out. Richard is a kind, caring and fair price contractor you can trust. His integrity is on his sleeve, if he said it, he does it! I will most definitely recommend him to any of my family and friends.
