    Purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Only item I asked to be fixed was the tire issue/s that were triggering the TPS light to come on. When I picked up the vehicle at purchase, I was told they filled the tire and I would have to drive it 30-50 miles and it would go off. After almost 100 miles it never went off. I returned to the dealer and the salesperson, ***, said he would look into it. He said he would have their guys fill it up and if he couldn't find someone he would follow me to ****** to get air and pay for it. Why go to ****** and not your own shop? Anyway, after a short while, *** came up front and said, "you and I were both lied to." He let me know that he filled them personally, but one of the tires was at 19 PSI. Since purchasing the car on 10/3/2022 I have returned to the dealer to have the tires filled 4 times and have had them filled other places twice (6 times total). I finally took it to an actual tire center and was told that the tires were not sealed properly and that is why they are leaking air. Total cost is $90. I went back to *** and told him about the expert opinion, and he said he would call me back. Haven't heard anything back, because they don't want to provide any service after the sale. The reason he told me was because another car we bought was a good deal, that they p***ably wouldn't do anything for me on this car. I do not recommend this dealerships sales or service department. They are untrustworthy and don't care about the customer at all. Once you buy the car and leave, don't expect them to care. Something as simple as this is all labor and would be a good will item that would have kept me from complaining, but, when I only asked for 1 item to be fixed before I purchased and they can't do something so simple, what happens if you need something important fixed. Will definitely never purchase anything ever from a Germain Dealership.

    we have several issues with ***** ***** and how they recall events happening. However, we will refund the requested $90.00 for this customer and wish them a wonderful Holiday Season.

    Better Business Bureau:

    Even though this business blames the customer, the only issue they have is the tires they never fixed.  That is why I am taking it to a PROFESSIONAL to have the SERVICE completed as Germain is neither professional or service oriented.  With this, I have reviewed the response made by Germain to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would expect a check to arrive in the mail by weeks end to avoid reopening this case.
