June of 2017 we had them come and waterproof our basement and we had a lifetime warranty and soon after we were told we had to pay 40 dollars a year for it we dealt with it 2013 the basement was leaking and had to rent a dumpster and throw everything out and still leaking now the subpump isn't working and they don't seem to care they were rude because I wanted it fixed today I paid over 10000 dollars for them to act like they are

The waterproofing was installed by Everdry of Mansfield in 2004 not 2017 as stated. The Mansfield location is not affiliated with the Toledo office in any way. Everdry of Toledo was charged with servicing the Mansfield territory after it had closed in 2015. The events in the complaint were prior to the Toledo office servicing this territory and jobs installed prior by the Mansfield office.
The Toledo office was contacted in December of 2015 by this customer prior to the Toledo office taking over the service for the Mansfield office. The Toledo office took over 1/1/2016 and we did an inspection at the customers property on 1/5/2016. We made a few repairs on 2/2/2016.
The customer called due to a faulty sump pump in March of 2019, which was replaced. There has been no further contact with the customer until now.
Everdry of Toledo does service this area but in no way are we responsible for the installation or any other actions of another company (Everdry of Mansfield).
The customer’s desired resolution is to finish the job. The job was completed by Everdry of Mansfield in 2004 and any issues of incomplete work should be addressed to that company.
