There's no words for how crooked this man is. It's sad that he would rather make excuses than doing his job. How he is still in operation should be criminal. He takes your money and then nothing for weeks on end. Took him almost 8 months to do our fence and I'm still missing a gate 1 year later. So when I needed concrete done he of course was the cheapest. Promised it would be done in 2 weeks. It's been a year and all he has done is dig up the area for the patio, made a mess of my yard and have barely heard from him since. He's not a person to be trusted or believed in. All he has done is ignore me. I feel like a fool for expecting a different result. If anyone comes across him please for your own sake and piece of mind do not use this man's business, He's a crook with no remorse for the crap he puts people through. Since he's just filed bankruptcy no one should use this man. I'll never see my deposit of $1,200 refunded ever. He does everything on bad faith with no intention of actually doing the job. That's why he filed bankruptcy because he can't afford to pay every customer back that he has screwed over. I'd rather call the cops if he ever showed up on my property, have him removed from the premises than have him do anything else. That's how frustrated me and my wife are over this. He only cares for him self and no one else why then would he lie, cheat, and steal from customers and never do the job. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

We had a fence built by this crooked man back what was supposed to be September of 2020. He took 8 weeks, always asked for money after monies were paid. He put crap gates on our fence that the wind blew off, and he refused to come and fix it. Been trying to take him to court for over a year, and was still willing to let him come fix it, before another guy was gonna fix it due to the whole fence leaning. Come to find out big boy only put Crete about 12 inches. What a shame now I have about $11,500.00 or more in this $6,800.00 to build. My 1w year old could have done better. So we sue him was supposed to go tomorrow for final judgement and guess who calls yesterday to say he's filling chapter 7 bankruptcy. Yep this work of crookedness Danny! I truly hope the Karma come full circle and hit this fella hard for all the people he's ripped off, and on the same token we all should pray he finds himself and leads himself to a better life. Crooked Danny you take care with the thousands you have ripped everyone out of. Sincerely, Very frustrated family.

Well I wish I had seen the reviews before I hired this company to put up a fence, I gave the owner Danny a deposit last month with the intention on having the fence put up. He has gave me the run around to the point where he keeps making excuses he came and put poles up and has not made any more progress, I called him 2 weeks later to see when he was going to finish the project, he was very rude and kept making excuses I told him I needed my money back and not to show up well he was very unprofessional and angry stated we had a contract and my property could have a lean because his posts where put up. I have yet to see his face on this matter. Not very professional.

DANNY (PAGETT FENCING) PROMISED US HE WOULD BE HERE ON 8/30/2022 BETWEEN 8 PM AND 8:30 PM WITH OUR MONEY BACK. SURPRISE HE NEVER SHOWED OR CALLED. I WOULD AT THIS POINT HAVE BEEN SHOCKED HAD HE SHOWN UP. Do not hire this company and for heavens sake do not give him a cent until the job is completed. First and foremost let me say l hate leaving bad reviews. But Danny P***** left me no choice. We signed a contract with Danny P***** on FEBRUARY 8, 2022! Today is SEPTEMBER 2, 2022 and he has not done one thing towards building our frnce. A couple of weeks ago he did send one of his employees to dig the 24" holes. He never called or showed up again to do any of the fence work. I took my dog out at night and accidentally stepped into one of the holes twisting my ankle pretty badly. I was used to taking him out back, so he would get used to it. I sprained my ankle and even told Mr P***** about it. He could have cared less. All he said was "wow ld have thought they would have filled back in by now since... He stopped short of saying SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN YHERE FOR 3 WEEKS! So now we have a dog that has to go out on a leash and neither one of us can walk real well now. We have been very patient due to a couple of reasons. Danny never followed through with 1 promise after taking our down payment of $1278.50 to which he cashed the same day, Feb 8th. It was excuse after excuse and my husband and l are very patient people. I have absolute information that there are jobs he moved ahead of us because those people were smarter than me and did not pay a dime up front. I don't know why Danny chose to treat us this way. He had offered to put up our screen doors as well. We finally hired the ex employee of his that quit due to Danny's lack of integrity. This has now been filed in small claims court. We just wanted our fence. Then by the end of August he agreed to have our money back. To date no Danny, no phone call or message. Please take this seriously. 6 on your side is next!.

I highly recommend not using this company. Mr. P***** of Pagett Fencing was given $4800.00 up front for materials for fencing. I decided against having the fencing put up and Mr. P***** told me he would refund my money. This took place in November of 2021 and I have yet to receive my money as of May 2022.
