    I told **** (the Fixtpro plumber) what was happening when he arrived, he kept looking in places where plumbing is in every home and told me other stuff he felt needed to be repaired, I asked him to please just unclog the pipe where the issue is, he ran the snake from my 1 story roof top and was only here approx. 35 minutes he charged $658.50 and told me it was because of Covid19, I told him nothing he did was related to covid19 or related to any tools he had. I would appreciate and feel a refund of $300 to $400 is fair.

    I am so sorry that you feel that you did not receive our customary 5 star service. All of our pricing is upfront, presented before any job is completed and is fully approved before we do any work at all. Our trained technicians know to never complete a job that has not been previously approved via signature. We require approval of pricing and the job to be conducted before any work is performed. It looks like this work order was approved and the work was complete to the standards previously discussed and approved. It appears that you have multiple reviews shedding a negative light on our company in several different locations, so that the ability to rectify the situation has been nullified to some degree as the repercussions of the review process far outweighs any action we can take. We simply want to offer same day/next day service and take care of the issue that is being experienced so that you can get your day back. Pricing for the particular issue is always discussed and approved before we do any work at all. We have approval signatures, job complete signatures and payment signatures for the entire work order. Other than the reviews on multiple platforms, we have been unaware of any issues in our level of service. Please contact the number on all of our cards or locally advertised to get in touch with our team to help with this issue. Again, we are a 5 star company and we want to help in any way we can!
