A $249 bill for 20 minutes worth of work. No Parts, Didn't even have to troubleshoot. ************** a snake 40 feet!! Tech came out, I told them where the snake needed to be ran, where the clog was, approx how far in, my snake wasn't able to reach all the way through. Very unreasonable!!Review from Henry O

I used FixtPro plumbing this week on my elderly Mother's home that has limited income and she was severely overcharged $658.50 to have her drain snaked less than 20ft.. I repeatedly told him that was a lot and he kept trying to add to the bill. attempted several times to get him to focus on what he was here to do. I'm very disappointed. He said everyone is charging these prices and if i call someone else i still have to Pay him $99, and it would be cheaper to let him just finish. He said prices have gone up since COVID19 and their prices are beyond gouging, this is 3 times more than what I have ever paid for my Mom before using Mr Rooter. There is no reason for the price increase, I do not care what they say and making us aware about the price, they did nothing special and he wasn't here close to an hour. He kept saying as though it made it ok that it was because of COVID19. If a business wants me to come back and use them then they earn my trust and don't try to continuously try to increase my bill with nonsense. I have learned my lesson to not ever use FixtPro plumbing again. I do not trust them. You have been warned! Save your money! Fixtpro plumbing will take advantage of you.Review from John and Diana W

Excellent company! Works until job is done. Professional and dedicated. Has the customer's wishes always foremost. They don't watch the clock, they work until the job is done and done right. Thank you **** for having such a great team.
