    The service department and management at this dealership cannot possibly be any worse. They have lied and demonstrated incompetence on multiple levels. Initially dropped off my Jeep on 10/4 under warranty and told it would be worked on within 2-4 days and promised a loaner vehicle, over the course of OVER two weeks, Frank at the service department lied multiple times about loaner vehicles and the progress of my Jeep and would never call to give updates on my Jeep. At one point was told my loaner was essentially “stolen” by a previous customer and that was the reason I couldn’t have one and was also told my Jeep could only be worked on by one technician and that specific technician was out of town for multiple days after taking my Jeep apart leaving it stranded in their service. During an in person meeting, GM Jay ***** promised my Jeep would either be worked on or I would receive a vehicle on 10/16. I was told on 10/16 my issue was a 16 hour job. This “job” was then done incorrectly and needed to be redone. 5 days later, my Jeep is still not finished, no loaner vehicle, no updates or courtesy calls from anyone at the dealership. Spare your time and go to any other Jeep dealership or local shop, these individuals have no concern for your service or their business.

    Was sold a 2017 Nissan pathfinder with 80k miles on it. Took it home. Next day flew to Colorado for a week. Came back home to a flat tire and when I start the car a crap ton of white smoke comes out of the exhaust. They “fixed it” a month later. They had to replace head gaskets and even in writing I have where the mechanic says it needs a new engine. Picked it up and still has the white smoke coming out of it. They will not fix it anymore and they say it’s residual and that the car is fixed. They will not let me exchange it or return it. Car has been in the shop like 55 out of the 60 days. Terrible customer service even from the GSM Chris ***. Took him a week to call me back even know I would call every day to try to get ahold of him. Was told I can trade in the pathfinder but wouldn’t get the value I originally paid for it. Would love to talk to Chris ***s boss. Will be putting this review up everywhere I can in hopes to help someone not make the same mistake as me.

    I scheduled an oil change several days in advance and after arriving (early) and checking in I went to the waiting area. After an hour I checked back with the service desk and he said it would be another 15-20 minutes. After another hour I went to check again, and the mechanic guy and service guy were having a conversation about the status and apparently neither knew where my keys were. Two hours waiting and they had not even started on this quick oil change. I told them I didn't have any more time to wait and would like my keys back. After locating the keys they were handed over without so much as an apology for wasting my time. No offer to bring my car around. Nothing. After walking around their parking lot to find my car I leave. Once I got onto the interstate and got up to speed my hood started to blow up. I had to quickly get over and on a busy interstate, get out on the shoulder, and close my hood. This was a huge safety issue and could have turned out very bad. A few days later I spoke to their customer satisfaction department and requested the service manager give me a call...I have yet to hear back from him. They failed in every aspect and put my life and my daughters life in danger with their poor service. I would leave them Zero starts if that was an option.

    Lied about extend warranty they are crooks won't call back or answer the phone will never do business there again
