Through an e-mail received I filed online for a Class Action settlement against **** on July ****** which I received a confirmation code of JSJTEBV5 after filling the required information to see if I would be eligible for the **** Settlement which was approved on 10-17-23.I had read that payments from this Class Action Settlement were being distributed between October 18th thru October 25th,2024.I had selected Pay Pal as my method of payment that I would like to receive my approved settlement amount of $144.01 into my Pay Pal ********** far I have contacted the administrators 3 different times.I spoke to ******** on 10-25,spoke to Karsharrie on ***** & ****** on 10-30.All 3 conformed to me that my payment was sent to my Pay Pal account on 10-21-24 and as of this message I still have not received it in my Pay Pal even though I called Pay Pal on ***** speaking to a lady named *** who confirmed to me that nothing has been received from **** even though they claim it was sent but so far it has been 10 days and wondering why is it that my digital payment is still not in my Pay Pal account.I have been told that it would be 1-3 days, then told a week & then told 2 weeks.Everytime I call I get different answers & the runaround. Then when I called today was told by ****** that it may not be until December before I receive ****** can a digital payment take almost 2 months to ********** way.I had asked for somebody higher up to contact me with an update but I have not received 1 phone call, not 1 e-mail nothing.return communication is terrible like they don"t care & are not taking this matter serious at all.Maybe all the lawyers handling the **** Settlement took a good large portion of the funds.I have scene through facebook people posting images of their upcoming payments from the informed delivery from the post office receiving their physicial check coming from a PO Box of 4199 in ********,*******They claim to have sent my payment thru Pay Pal but I dont think they did at all.

On 10/21 I received an email saying that my **** Class action Settlement payment was initiated via ACH. The bank account that I had initially on my claim has since been closed. Since March of last year I have emailed them to update my address and payment method. *** sent 2 certified letters and SEVERAL emails and requesting the link to update my information. No confirmation responses nothing. I contacted them today only to be told that I need to wait until December. Since when does it take over 60 days to send a payment link? What really is going on here? Perhaps they overpaid on several claims and ran out of funds? Whatever it is, something is off.

To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Epiq Globals handling of my **** settlement and the lack of clear communication. My experience has been frustrating, with multiple contradictory responses from your team.On October 21, 2024, I was informed my payment would be sent via Venmo with an email notification to ******************** and I was advised to call back if it hadnt arrived. When I followed up, I learned that my payment had actually been sent on October 18, 2024, via ****** for $1,152.14, contradicting the initial information. I was advised to be patient and wait for an email, even though I explained I dont have a ****** account linked to that email.I also contacted ****************************************************** but received no response. A subsequent representative told me Id receive a check to my ******** address, while another call revealed my email was missing the .com portion, delaying processing. I was instructed to email ********************************************************* but again received no reply. A supervisor assured me my payment information was updated, yet I still lack confirmation.Additionally, a representative named ******* responded dismissively, and I was even hung up on by another representative. This has caused me significant inconvenience. I request **** Global ensure my payment is issued correctly, review my calls for quality assurance, and provide a timely resolution with steps to prevent similar issues.Sincerely,Georgeatta ****** ************ *******************

This is in regards to the **** class action lawsuit. As you can see **** is not responding to BBB complaints & as you can see others have been filing complaints due to their mismanagement of funds. This is now happening with this class action lawsuit as well. There are countless people that have been receiving funds fraudulently etc. **** is supposed to be distributing funds accordingly to the court documents which states that people that did not provide proof of any purchases for the **** products cannot get a payment of more than $300. For those that do have proof of purchases they can be eligible for more if they are eligible for more. As of August 18th 2024 they started distributing payments and what's happening is that people that are providing their proof are getting thousands of dollars instead of the capped $300 while people that are providing proof are not receiving what they're supposed to be receiving or they are flat out being denied. I will start with what has happened with me. From the get-go when I went to file this claim I tried to upload documentation, receipts from gas stations and the page kept having an error and or timing out ultimately I was not able to upload documentation after trying countless times. I felt like I had no other choice but to file without documentation even though I have it. Please note I have been a smoker since the age of 15 years old I know which is not good, but not only have I been using **** products vaping for years now but I also smoke regular cigarettes at the same time every day all day. I specifically usually use vape when I cannot smoke while at work or other places. At some point I reached out to the administrators about the issues. They give you an email address to reach out to them and instead of them coming back with a personalized response you get an automated response which does not address the issues at all giving you an answer. In June of 2024 many people including myself received an email from asking for

Disposable Contact Lens Antitrust Litigation claim was mismanaged by this company despite providing proof of purchase multiple times & following up with several employees. Incorrect payment was received as a result. The pro rata calculations seemed wrong as well on the payment they did provide and I asked for clarification multiple times with no response.

On 4/19/24, I received a **** informed delivery notification via email of a letter containing a check of the amount of $847.00 which is a refund from the sale of my house located at **************************************** to a company called OPENDOOR. I contacted the **** office that handles my letters and they said they did not have the letter with them and they advised me to wait for 7 for the letter from the day I receive the notification which was 4/19/24. I waited but never received the mail. I always get my letter on time and have never had such awkward experience before. I contacted Epiq (which is listed as the company that is assigned to handle the. *** vs OPENDOOR refunds) via phone calls and email. I am a claimant in the Case NO. 5:21-cv-03322-ejd (N.D. Cal) for the Health and ****************** breech lawsuit. UNIQUE ID: ********** PIN: **** *********** is responsible for distributing the settlement funds. They supposedly sent an email to arrange payment for my claim. I never got the email, likely due to very strict email spam settings. I need to set up the payment.
