    DAT Solutions changed the login system from ID login to email login 9 months ago. At the time I was paying $280/month for the *** power service. When they made those changes which they failed to relay to me, my account became inaccessible. So for the past 9 months I have been paying 280/month for services that were impossible to access. I reached out to customer service and was denied refund and blamed for not reaching out to them sooner so that they could help me with migrating my account over to their new system. Shameless.

    We are looking into the customer service experience you had with us back in January regarding this issue. It does appear that you have disputed the charge with your bank which means that we will not be able to refund you any further on the charge until that has been resolved. We also see that you are currently working with our billing department for additional solutions.


    As a sign of goodwill, we can issue you a credit good for future services (should you want to come back) for $50 in addition to honoring your disputed charge request that was submitted through our billing department. If you do have any login problems with us in the future, you are welcome to contact our customer support department for further assistance.

    On dec 9 ******* Beauty agent posted a load through DAT from ** to ** we picked up they sent the wrong confirmation after 4 days back and worth add sudden they claim it was fraudulent and they didnt give that load but it came off their DAT loadboard DAT apparently lets these scam continue without warning its clients of the risk a fiduciary duty responsible by the.

    We understand that you had a negative experience using our services and are sorry to hear about the financial impact this has had on your business.

    As we discussed with you in December, DAT does care and take immediate action on persons who are reported to have committed fraud in our network by immediately removing them from service. Consistent with this policy, we removed from our network the company you reported.

    As you know, most transactions occur off-platform and DAT has no visibility into which carrier transacts with which broker.  Accordingly, we are not able to validate these transactions. We encourage our customers to exercise due diligence in selecting their carrier partners. We also greatly encourage our customers to report instances of fraud on our platform so that we may be able to take proper actions as stated above.

    We apologize that we could not be of further assistance on this matter and encourage you to continue reporting your negative experience to us in the future.

    My finance company are using D.A.T. to process a title for a truck I purchased... At first, an agent name ****** reached out and tried to offer services didn't need. Once I address my need, then this agent was totally unresponsive... I called D.A.T. and did get in touch with a G.M. name *******. I explained my situation and she placed me on hold. Never return, then hung the call up after 10 minutes being on hold.. Very unprofessional.... I would like for D.A.T. to process the title transfer and send to S.C. DMV... I send all the info they need, but can't get a response if they received the docs and info..****************************** KMH ******** ******************

    DAT failed to deliver in their promises/services and are requesting a refund for: On March 16, 2022, I paid $799 to DAT for services * services which they failed to deliver as on two separate occasions my paperwork was completed incorrectly. On April 11, 2022, I paid $255 to DAT in order to correct the error made by ****** * I was forced to pay this fee to change my status from Intrastate to Interstate. On May 23, 2022, I Subscribed with DAT, paying $112 monthly.On 03/14/22, I reached out to DAT to ask about the packages they offered. I spoke to **************** (claimed to be a regulatory consultant). In our discussion, I specifically mentioned to ****** that I had a Sprinter Van and sought to become a carrier in ********** only. ****** assured me that DAT offered packages for carriers in ********** and directed me to purchase a package. On March 15, 2022, I purchased a carrier package with DAT and ****** became my consultant. ****** assured me he would handle everything. Between March 15, 2022, and April 7, 2022, ****** refused to make himself available to me. On April 7, 2022, I asked ****** if he wished to not assist me further, to provide me with his supervisor's contact information, so I can address these issues directly with his supervisor and/or request a new consultant. The following day, ****** phoned me and was upset and rude. He forcefully assisted me with questions I had and failed to assist me further. On April 11, 2022, I contacted DAT to advise that I was not able to obtain insurance for my vehicle due to the paperwork not being filled out correctly by ******. I later learned that ****** completed Intrastate paperwork versus Interstate paperwork. On May 10, 2022, the *** advised the application was completed incorrectly * denied. Application completed by ******.On May 20, 2022, I corrected the issue with the application. I attempted to use DAT load boards for Carriers with Sprinter Vans & met with negative results.Com failed to resolve

    I inteded using dat solutions for our service and tried to cancel before the 30 day trial ended i sent an email the day it ended asking for a refund because we were not going to go forward with their service. Had to call on monday and spoke a **** s and he said that because it was after they took the payment it couldnt be refunded however he did manage to cancel so i wouldnt be charged again.

    DAT is a subscription-based service; therefore, we charge based on your monthly subscription rate. We understand your frustration when trying to cancel the service. As per our conversation, your account has already been closed as you requested. As a sign of good will, we are refunding your full services fees for your March invoice.

    If in future you have active services and need to cancel again, please understand your cancellation date will be based on your subscription end date vs. the date of your cancellation request. You can cancel your account at account.dat.com.

    I cancelled my DAT service in January and have been charged twice since cancelling. Once in January and once in February. I assumed I had cancelled too late in January so it was a final charge but was then charged again. Most recently, I received an invoice with a zero dollars due balance so I called to ask why I am getting an invoice for zero dollars due when I already cancelled. I called and ******** Poulukeev confirmed my account was closed and I wouldn't be charged. I checked my account today and was charged again which is now two charges after cancelling service. I called again today and spoke with *****, who said I wasn't allowed to speak with a supervisor and I will have to file fraud with my bank to get it reversed. She also said if I had sple to her earlier she could have reversed it but not now because the account is closed.

    DAT is a monthly subscription based service and per our cancellation policy, DAT requires a cancellation notice before the renewal date to fully cancel your services. As per our conversations and the review of events on your account, we are not able to refund you at this time. 

    Should you come back to DAT and need to cancel services again. please understand your cancellation date will be based on your subscription end date vs the date of your cancellation request and can be done at account.dat.com.

    I was charged by this company on my account, when I contact the company they confirmed my card was being charged by the company but the customer name was not mine. They told me they would do nothing that I should dispute it with my bank. When I talked to ***** at DAT she refused to help me as well as escalate my call. Not only that she hung up on me after refusing to assist me with getting more answers on how they could help me.
