    Their finance department deceptively had us sign-up for two warranties on a new vehicle we bought on August 10, 2024. We did not request them as the car came with a good warranty. One warranty cost $4269.00 and the other cost $399.00. On September 4, 2024 we filed paperwork to be refunded for the $4269.00 warranty. The dealership said the $399.00 warranty was not refundable. When I contaced the holder for that warranty, they said there was not a problem cancelling it. The dealership comes up with one excuse after another why we have not received our refund. I have asked to be put in touch with their regional office. Bend Hyundai gave me an email for corporate finance, but no one responds. In all, over the past three months, we have contacted someone about this issue 14 times with no movement.

    My wife and I decided to sell back our 2017 Hyundai Tucson back to the dealership when they showed interest in buying it from us because inventory had been so low. We sold back our car in October 2023. We decided to turn around and buy another vehicle from them that same day. We purchased a 2018 **** F250 super duty. Seemed like a nice truck and we were assured that the truck was mechanically sound by the car sales man himself.So we bought it and then came the real headache.the next morning it would not start and had multiple warning ?? warning ?? lights on the dash. Had to have it jumped. After multiple phone calls to the dealership they agreed to let us bring it in to have them look it over. They gave us a loner car in the meantime but what we thought would be days turned into 3 weeks . Every time we called to get an update on the truck they dodged us like the plague and kept saying they would call us back and never would. I discovered that if I blocked my phone number they answered right away. If I didnt block my number it would ring and ring and ring. This time was very frustrating. When we did actually get to speak to someone it was a different story every single time. Finally got the truck back and supposedly they did allll kinds of things to it but here we are 6 months later and THOUSANDS of dollars later and the truck still has multiple issues. We tried calling the dealership again and every time we call we are told the manager is busy and theyll call us back.but they never do . We are also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau because they did NOT sell a mechanically sound vehicle to us and here we are stuck with it. Its our only vehicle and it has left us stranded multiple times. We are so disappointed with this dealership and 100% regret our purchase with them

    When I went through the application process with the salesman, and he was asking about the household expenses, when he asked about the amount of my monthly house payment, he wrote down only half of the amount of what I told him, in other words he wrote down less than what I actually pay per month on my house.
