I sent text messages on Apr 25 & 28 attempted to call, but they don't have a phone for calls- texts only.Still have received no replies other than a form letter email, still have not received product, payment was transferred to them on Feb 8th from my bank, their website/ & **** tracking shows order is still in ***** ** this is order confirmation email: ORDER CONFIRMATION Hey *****,********* parent friends! Thank you so much for your purchase, this email confirms your order. Please keep in mind we have a 3-5 business day processing time. At times this may be longer due to increase of orders. If you need sooner than this we are happy to accommodate, just reply to this email and we will do our best! Please look over your order and make sure everything looks correct. We do not offer a replacement if there is an error on your part with personalization and the order is already shipped.If any changes need to be made please let us know as soon as possible!All domestic orders in the ** we will send you another email with your tracking email as soon as it is done! Please allow **** 2-6 days to deliver. INTERNANTIONAL orders are sent standard post. it takes anywhere from **** buisness days until it is delivered. There is no tracking associated with your order.     Order #***** I placed my order the PNW pet tags on March 23rd and got the confirmation email from them. On April 2nd I emailed, asking for an update on my order. I got the automated response email claiming they had material shortages but that they would get back to me in 1-2 business days. On April 5th I received an email saying my order had shipped, but, according to the tracking link it has not been shipped. I sent an email on April 12th letting the company know that my order had not shipped, and was asking for an update. I didn't receive a response (other than the automated response).I emailed again on April 15, detailing my issues and asking for a refund. I got no response(other than the automated response). April 19th I texted the texting number that was provided on their webpage and got no response. I have also sent them messages on ******** messenger and Instagram. They didn't respond to either, but blocked me.

    I placed an order on 3/3/22, and received a shipping confirmation email on 3/15/22. As of 3/30/22, I still had not received my packed and the tracking number provided showed that it had not yet shipped. Since then, I have sent 5 emails to their customer service asking for information, replacement and finally a refund. I have received zero response from this company. I still have no package, and no answer from them.

    I placed order 4/2/22. They haven't responded to any email I sent and haven't shipped when promised. They said they would ship in 3-5 business days on their site. And it's now 4/15/22 and I have nothing, I don't have tracking or anything.

    I purchased 2 dog tags from PNW Pet Tags on 2/5/2022 for $34.98. Order #*****. I received an email on 2/22/2022 that my order had been packed and there was a **** tracking number provided Track Your Shipment: ********************** When you click on the tracking number it shows the shipping label was created but the package never left the facility. I do not know if this company is still in business? The last instagram post they have @pnwpettags was on January 25, 2022.

    Ordered 2 tags 3/7, sat in confirmed status. Received a tracking number 3/23 from **** that states waiting for parcel. Have attempted to call, email, message by social media, etc. no response. Trying to cancel and get a refund, or get an update on my tags looks like I may have just thrown $40 into the universe because it appears theres no one actually on the other end of this transaction.

    I placed an order for pet tags through this company on 2/12/22. I received an email shortly thereafter that my order had been received, order #*****. On 2/23/22, I received an email stating that my order had shipped. When I checked the status on the **** website using the tracking number provided (Tracking Number: **********************), the website stated that a shipping label had been created but **** had not yet received the item. This is still the case as of today. I have sent the company numerous emails and also tried texting their customer service number, but only received a generic email stating that they had received my inquiry and would get back to me in 1-2 business days. I still have not received any specific information regarding when I can expect my order.

    I purchased a dog tag on 2/21/22 from the Pacific Paw. On 3/9/22 I received an email with a tracking number and a message my package was sent. Actually, the label was created. No tracking info is available. I've emailed them twice with no answer. I want a refund. This company is a fraud.

    Ordered 1 Tag for *****- paid for via PayPal. Received an email on 2/14/2022 that it had shipped. Still have not received as of 3/23/2022. No responses to email inquiries- shows as label created only pre ship. Dont order- you wont get your product
