They need to be shut down! Absolute scam website. I ordered on February 26th, Ive Emailed countless times, txted the number multiple times, nothing. Not tag, no response, no refund.Review from Amber V

Is zero stars an option?!? Highly disappointed with this business! I ordered a pet tag on February 18th. Received an email stating We wanted to let you know that your order (#*****) was shipped via ***** **** First Class Mail on 3/1/2022. You can track your package at any time using the link below. Since nothing has changed on the tracking website. It is now March 24th and still nothing. I emailed this business 3 times and texted a number that they listed to do so on their website. After each email I received an instant one back stating Thanks for reaching out to PNW Pet Tags. This is to confirm we have received your email. Please allow us 1-2 business days for us to respond. We currently are awaiting more materials. We have been experiencing material delays due to material shortages. I am so sorry if your order is delayed but we are working around the clock getting those affected orders processed and shipped.We will get back to you soon and thanks so much for your continued support never got a reply. I either want my tag I paid for or a refund of money!Review from Elizabeth E

This doesn't even deserve 1 star. **************** was terrible. I ordered a tag on January 23. On February 14, it still had not arrived so I contacted the company via email. I did not receive a response. I sent another email inquiring about my order on February 21 and again did not receive a response. On February 25, I sent a DM on Instagram and did not receive a response. On February 25, I put in a dispute with Paypal because I knew the item was probably not coming. Finally on February 28, the tag came in the mail. It is extremely unprofessional to not update customers on the status of their order and to ignore correspondence. It it ridiculous that a Paypal dispute was necessary to get the item I ordered. I will definitely not be ordering from this company again and do not recommend it.
