    We purchased a ***** Vacumn from NW Solutions, but decided we wanted to return it. They agreed to take it back. But now I cant reach anyone, or track anyone down.

    2 salesmen came to our house, and asked if they could clean a spot at our front door really fast, so we let them in. Well it turns out they are selling a ***** Vacuum and were in my house for 6 HOURS!!!!!!!! And then pressured ** into signing after saying no multiple times. We felt very uncomfortable. 2 males in my house for 6 hours with 2 young girls. Not acceptable at all. They are 100% a scam. We have tried contacting multiple numbers as well as sending in the 3 day cancellation letter to their business location in ******. Nothing is being resolved and it is very unprofessional.

    I was approached on February 27, 2023 by two sales women who were very manipulative in their sales tactics, even admitted to lying on several occasions, however, despite all the red flags suckered me into spending $1500 on a ***** vacuum. I was informed I could mail in or call within three days to cancel the contract therefore getting a full refund and my previous vacuum returned back to me. I mailed the cancellation form the day after on February 29, and have tried calling their office every day since then. It has been 10 days and I cannot get through to them, they dont answer the phone nor do the call back, nor have I got anything in the mail confirming they received my cancellation form.

    09/12/2022 I had a ***** Vacuum sales team do an in home demonstration. After showing us all the attachments and parts, they called their office to verify that all the pieces shown to us went with it. They also stated ***** offered free shipping on extra bags, belts, cleaning solutions.. Turns out they do not. I just went to use an attachment only to find they did not include it in the bag of accessories. I then decided to use another tool only to find it is defective. I have been contacting this Company to get resolution, with no results. I stated to them," I either want the items I paid for, or pick up the vacuum and return my money. They are not responding. I have also contacted *****, and also not getting anywhere. Again, I simply want the two items I paid for. Thank you for any help.

    I had financed on November 22nd, 2022. I had chosen to cancel within the 3 days on November 23rd, ***************************** the contract. I called to ensure that the cancellation was done correctly on November 25th, 2022. I spoke with the manager, *************************, who was very helpful in this process. She processed the cancellation for me and I was to go to a shipping store to drop off the product for return. I notified her of the tracking information and had asked how I would be receiving back my Shark vacuum on November 29th, 2022. She informed there would be a team meeting the following day and they would locate my vacuum that was traded in and be shipping it back to me. The tracking number from me sending their product back was confirmed as delivered on December 2nd, 2022. I have tried numerous times to call via telephone and also via text message and have not received back any communication, it is December 21st, 2022 and I have yet to get this back, been given a tracking number, or an update at all. A month is a long time to go without being able to vacuum your own home. Very frustrating.

    On Friday, August 12, 2022 my wife received an in home demo. She opted to buy the ***** for $1000 at the time but we mailed the return form with signature within the 3 days (Monday, August 15). I am now getting no contact back from ************************* who I called immediately after mailing in the cancellation document. She initially responded and was very helpful and encouraging. She said she was heading out of the office but her team would be back in the Salt Lake area the week of August 22 and would arrange for them to come pick up the item and do a refund so there wouldn't be any shipping fees. I've called several times all week with no response. I intentionally mailed it with a tracking number so I could have proof of the post mark **************** well as confirming the delivery. Per the contract, the business has 10 days upon receipt (received on August 18th) of the cancellation to refund. We have done everything we have been asked to do to get our refund and are holding the business to the contract.

    On 2/7/22, I purchased a ***** vacuum from a door-to-door salesman from NW Cleaning Solutions. On 2/8/22, I sent in a return request. On 2/23/22, NW Cleaning Solutions collected the vacuum. They have not refunded me the money and are still taking money out of my account. All phone numbers I have for them are disconnected.

    When the people came to my house to demo the ***** everything promised was a lie. They stated there is a lifetime warranty, many facility's in my area that can repair the *****, it's unbreakable, great finance options. Nothing they said was the truth. The very first time I used the ***** the belt broke, went into the motor and will not work anymore. It's been 1 month since this happened and I tried reaching out to NW cleaning solutions without a reply. No one ever answers the phone or returns messages. I contacted ***** directly and they started an investigation on my behalf and they haven't recieveing a call back from NW cleaning solution either. ***** also can not honor anything they said to me because it was a third party sale. So ***** will not replace or repair the machine either. There is not a facility in my area to fix the *****. I can take it in for repair to a shop that repairs vaccumes, but there will be a cost for me to repair the machine. This goes against thier lifetime warranty they promised. I paid a lot of money for a vacuum that I used once and broke without any resources to get it fix. They sold me a machine that was obviously defective. Not to mention the loan terms are not the same with the lender, as discussed in my living room. The finance charge is half of the purchase price. That is insanity and I have good credit, there is no excuse for this. I was ripped off. They intruded into my house for hours diminstrating a vacuum I truly didn't need. Making promises they did not stand by and now I am 1000's of dollars in debt with a broken vacuume to show for it.
