Someone from your company came to my mothers house in ****** under false pretenses. She thought someone was coming to her house to clean for her. She ended up with a used ***** vacuum and signing a financing agreement. My mother is elderly and I am extremely concerned that she has been taken advantage of.I want this vacuum cleaner gone and I want the financing agreement canceled.Review from Darlene B

I had a girl come to my door selling ***** vacuums. She demonstrated it and took forever. She really overstayed her welcome. She claimed she would get a trip to ****************** if she sold so many vacuums. I did not want to buy one but she kept cleaning more things. A closer came in and got me to sign and finance a vacuum. They used cheap tactics. I live in a senior park and the sign in front of our park reads no solicitors, peddlers or agents which did not deter them. I told them to wrap it up so that I could take my son to work. He lost out on the job because we were so late waiting for them to leave. I tried calling them (it was just a bogus recording) and left several messages but no one returned my calls. I went to their place of business and the name NWCS was still on the building but they were long gone. Please beware of these ***** salespeople!!Review from Unknown K

This company should be shut down. Scammers and cheats. Won't return calls, mailed my receipt within 3 days for refund and can't get a call back or even an acknowledgement that I've tried to contact them. I've now contacted my state attorney general and consumer protection office to hold this company accountable and to get my money .Review from Jena H

A younger woman came to my door at 8:30PM on a Tuesday night and said that she would get paid by her employer $50 clean a small area in my house. I relented and she asked me to hold on for a moment. After 15 minutes she came back with a partner, a bunch of large boxes and a sales pitch for a "Home Cleaning System". After 3 hours of high pressure sales pitches, cleaning multiple areas of my home and commenting on how much dirt their vacuum was picking ** (making me feel awful in the process), and giving a sob story about trying to win a trip to ******************, I had to explain to them multiple times that I did not have the money to buy this. They talked the vacuum down from $3700 to $750 for the demo model, and I still said no. Luckily I did, after reading these reviews, and looking up the product on the manufacturers website they are an obvious scam. Many of their sales tactics were very transparent and obvious, including calling their "manager" when I could tell that there was no one on the other line and they were very pushy. I thought I was getting a quick five minute cleaning demo and helping a woman out, instead I had a three hour sales pitch and lost my evening (and nearly my money).Review from Heath W

Typical story as all the other reviews. My wife called me as I was at work and said these two people from NW Cleaning Solutions wanted to sell ** a vacuum at $3000!!! I told them over speaker on the phone to leave my home and we weren't buying it. After I hung up they wouldn't leave, lowered the price to $750 and pressured my wife to buy or they basically wouldn't go and then they STOLE my vacuum and carpet streamer on the way out. I got home, cxled the credit card payment , tracked them down the street, then had to follow them to their van to get my vacuum back. Later in the day they came back to pick up their vacuum. This was an awful experience and my wife was in tears when I got home for falling for this "wear you down" tactics and bate and switch sales approach.Review from JUDITH W

I purchased my ***** September 19, 2022. After using it 8 times, the belt broke, I bought another belt, and that one broke after 3 minutes. I have tried contacting them, but no answer yet. After seeing all these complaints, I believe we have all been scammed.Review from TERESA W

They ripped off my elderly mother on the sale of ***** Vacuum system that would have cost her $1000 from a reputable business. She paid them $2999! he gave her a sob story about wanting to earn a vacation for his family etc...SCAMMER! It is past the point of her returning this and from what I understand by reading others complaints, that is about impossible to accomplish. I get really tired of businesses/people ripping off senior citizens! Too bad I cant give them a minus rating!
