    On 11/24/24, I ordered (1) EGL-SLIDE23-CH-RMR-BLK (a specific Glock 23 pistol slide version) thru HGW and paid ****** to them. On 12/3/24, I received the order, immediately inspected it, and saw that they sent me the WRONG item. I instead received (1) EGL-SLIDE23-CH-RMR-ELITE-BLK (a different Glock 23 pistol slide version than what I ordered). On 12/10/24, with a HGW return authorization form, I mailed back (free return shipping was not provided to me) the WRONG item to HGW. I did however request that I also be reimbursed for the return ship fees that I incurred via E Mail and thru clear notations on the completed HGW return authorization form. It cost me $9.50 for the return ship fees that I incurred ***** track nu. 9500 1145 1159 4345 5007 50). The $9.50 fee was also affixed the outgoing parcel mailed to HGW as well.HGW received the returned parcel and ONLY refunded me the initial ******. They did not refund myself to date for the additional $9.50 (for the return ship fees I incurred). I E Mailed HGW several times in RE to this matter-and no response of any kind to date.Thus, I am asking the BBB to intercede here and hopefully this can be resolved there after (with myself getting refunded the additional $9.50 in question).

    I ordered a slide from this company on ****, I was not able to access th return label from the website, so i returned the item to the company to their return post office box, about two months ago, they have returned my money, nor have they answered any of my 5 separately sent emails, so they have received the item back in their possession, and are attempting to keep my money as well, that's stealing as far as I'm concerned, and **** is of no assistance either, I can't even access the transaction on **** anymore but I do have the transaction numbers and tracking numbers of the items received from them, as well the return tracking minded l numbers attached below, I highly suggest not purchasing anything from these dishonest people. I am requesting a full refund, i will consider placing a lein on this company soon if my money is not returned for 100x the amount owed to me. For a total of $28,000.00

    I've mad a purchase with this company and would like to cancel it. I have not been able to reach them through email or social media with no response. There is no contact number to speak to some one. There is no customer service.

    Order ****** I purchased a Glock 19 slide that immediately broke. It started peeling back in front of the ejection port. I contacted Hooper Gun Works, amazingly received a reply, and they sent me a return shipping label with tracking number 9400 1112 0623 8145 0948 97 on about 6/12/2023. I returned the slide the next day and when I checked tracking, confirmed it was received a couple of days later. That was the last I heard from them. I have emailed them multiple times and there is no response from them. I wrote to them again yesterday (3/21/2024), as a general customer asking if they had a contact phone number I can call them at with questions, received a reply that NO, they don't have a phone number. What legitimate business does not have a phone number? Since the initial return, my 2nd of 3 slide I ordered has also failed in the exact same place, which is an obvious manufacturing defect. I am looking for a refund (approximately $250) for both of the defective G19 slides. I have copies of all emails that I sent, copy of the shipping return label, account number, and any necessary information that *** be needed by Hooper Gun Works to resolve.

    Ordered from HGW on Feb 18, 2024 and on their website they speak about a fast out the door time, business immediately processed my payment however its now been just under 10 days with no response from HGW after quite a few attempts on my part. Id really just like my order or my money back honestly..

    One slide functioned perfectly and one had dimensions that would not function with the manufacturers -GLOCK parts Reported the problem to the company/Hooper gun works, on their form and have had no response.They do not provide a phone contact number on their website so direct contact is difficult.
