I bought a item from Hoopergunworks when I got it it was junk and did not work the seller advised me to return it for my money back so I returned it and now they will not give my ***** back can you help item # ************ I do have a tracking #

    Business response

***** was unhappy with the item they ordered and took advantage of our free returns through ***** **** gives sellers a set amount of time after a return is delivered to evaluate the item and issue either a full or partial refund depending upon the condition of the item when returned. The buyer did not follow the **** return process, which is part of the agreement made by purchasing on ****. The buyer instead opened a payment dispute with their payment provider while the return processing period was still open. This action immediately and automatically closed out the return to where we cannot perform any further actions on the return.

The payment dispute was accepted on our end immediately, closing out the actions we can take. Any further actions have to come from **** and the buyers payment provider.

During all this time the buyer has sent numerous harassing messages. The buyer has accused us of steeling his money, called us a *****, and threatened to have **** shut down our store. **** has advised us to block and cease all communication with the buyer.

seller was going to return payment and on last day he was supposed to give

refund I never got it. They got late in the evening I filed with Paypal. And I emailed him numerous times with no response after

If you look at the sellers reputation, a lot of other people have complained about his services he did steal my money. All I want is my $64.62 back. Yes I called him a ***** because he is and every time he gets a negative feedback on **** somehow another **** removes it for him because the seller makes **** a lot of money that money with my hard earned money. I want it back.  It doesnt matter if I filed a complaint with ****** nevertheless, he sold a malfunctioning part. I returned it with tracking number, and they kept my money.

***** opened a return. Then closed the return by opening a payment dispute. Once a payment dispute is opened, we can no longer do anything with the return. We accepted the payment dispute. Then the buyer changed the payment dispute reason. We accepted the payment dispute again. There was nothing else we could do for this harassing customer that only served to damage our reputation. The buyer sent 24 messages through **** and violated multiple **** policies. We do not appreciate being accused of stealing and being called crooks. The buyer removed our ability to process the return and refund him through normal channels. Still, we made sure we did not fight the payment dispute. "dirtbikeseller" has been banned from our shop and reported to **** for policy violations and defamation.

I purchased a pistol barrel from Hooper Gun Works on March 6th. I received the barrel withing 4 or 5 days after the purchase. No questions their shipping is fast. I looked and fit the barrel in the pistol and at first look, the barrel was a good fit. On March 11th I went to the range and to my surprise when I tried to fired the bullets, none of them fired. The pistol striker was making contact with the outer edge of the primer, thus not causing the primer to ignite and fire the bullet. I attempt it to fire more bullets and was having the same issue. I switched barrels to a different one and as expected, all the already tried bullets worked on the different barrel. Having a barrel that was useless, I contacted Hooper on March 12th. through their "contact us" link on their web page. Promptly on March 13th they reached out to me requesting the order number (******). I reply their e mail providing the order number and that was the last time I heard from them. I contact them again through their "contact us" link and as expected no reply from them. I reached out to them well before their claimed time limit to request a refund. As others have say, it appears that their customer service is poor to say the least and they also claim most of the pass claims have been filed passed the time.So I have a useless product that I am attempting to return and get the money back.

Purchase a product of theirs in good faith. When I had an issue that *** be able to be resolved, you can not in any way communicate with them using any means. No phone, don't respond to email, don't respond to messenger. They me be a reputable and quality product but absolutely no customer service. None!

********************* has never been a customer of ours. He did not purchase a product from us. He purchased a used item from someone else on **** and tried to get us to send him a replacement. His resolve would have been with the seller he purchased a product from on ****. He refused to give us an order number or any order information when he contacted us on a product we never sold to him.

Defective product. Finish on a barrel defective. G43 slide assembled incorrectly. They claim to have a 60 day return policy, but will not respond to complaints or questions to resolve issues before that 60 day return period to avoid accepting returns.

I have continuously tried to contact hooper gun works about an item purchased that is not working properly. They have not made one attempt to respond. They have sold me a $500 dollar slide for a glock ************************************************************************************************************************************ a crooked position. It is very dangerous in that position the gun could possibly fire without attempt to do so. I have tried to contact the company hoping I can maybe send it back to have them take a look for defections or maybe exchange for a new one.

This purchase occurred on ***** The buyer purchased an item for ****** (not $500) back in February. Our **** store has a generous 60 day return period on this item with FREE return shipping. The buyer is well beyond that period as we are now 5 months after the purchase. As per the return policies agreed to during checkout, this item can no longer be returned.

As stated in the listing, these may require fitting. We recommend that all fitting and instillation should be done by a qualified gunsmith for proper function and safety. The proper function of firearms depends on ALL parts working together perfectly. Not all components are 100% compatible with others in the aftermarket.

I purchased an oem style slide for a firearm through Hooper Gun Works on May 21, 2022. I spent $125 and received the product about a week later. I installed all of the parts into the product to make it function with the firearm frame and proceeded to assemble the firearm. I quickly ran into issues. I tried installing 4 different barrels and used 3 different frames and many combinations of each, and still could not get the slide to function properly. I reached out to HGW twice over the course of the next 2 weeks and never received a response. I proceeded to trouble shoot and I removed the cerakote from inside the slide rails to see if that helped, still no change. Barrels were getting hung inside the slide and not allowing it to function properly. At this point, I deemed the slide completely defective and sent for a return. Upon receiving my item, HGW issued 50% of my money back, claiming that the slide showed barrel wear, signs of use, and had sights installed. All of which were true, but the sights were installed with the intent to use the product, never thought Id run into a QC issue with the slide. The barrel wear inside the slide channel was solely due to the fact that the part they sold me was so far out of spec, the barrels would rub, snag, catch and completely hang up inside. I have 15 other firearms that have 1,000s of rounds through them and they dont show this type of wear.the slide they sold me had never even been fired or used bc it wouldnt even function during normal safety checks/press checks, etc. I was told the slide was not able to be resold because of its current state. THIS is what bugs me the most. The slide I received shouldnt have been sold in the first place, let alone RESOLD!!! You would think, a company that deals in firearms would show a bit more responsibility for the parts they are selling. Im a reasonable person. If I bought something and didnt like it, Im ok with the 50% refund, but this item is not safe, or usable at all.

All items may require fitting and are not guaranteed to work with other aftermarket products. The slide was inspected upon return and deemed to be within manufacturing tolerances and not defective in any way. This purchase occurred on **** and a refund was given in accordance with the policies of ****'s return agreement.

I am rejecting this response because:as stated in the businesses response, some fitting may be required. I did exactly that, and removed material from the rails of the slide. There are no aftermarket parts associated with this build as it was a factory or oem firearm. The wear that the business claims to be seen on the product is from the barrel rubbing up against the slide because the slide is out of spec. The picture documentation I provided shows exactly that. There is no way to assemble their product, test fit and perform safety and function checks without some form of wear. In this case, more extensive wear can be seen because of the inaccurate tolerances in the product. The refund given according to eBays policy was not the full amount that I paid for their defective product. A 50% refund is not acceptable for a product that is 100% defective. There is no proof that this product is within manufacturer tolerances, other than the picture documentation I provided clearly showing that it is not. Im just asking for the company to be reasonable with me and own up to the fact that the product is not safe for re-sale, the tolerances are clearly off based on the evidence provided and a full refund should be issued.

    Sincerely,
