On October 13, 2023 I brought a new car which is ******* Tucson from Spitzer Ford DuBois. My sales person was *********************** even though they implied it was a new employee ****. They told me they just finished the inspection before I signed the papers. I was told their one employee guy was taking the car to go fill it up with gas so the tank would be full. It was not filled up.I was shown a spare tire which had a rubber mat above it on the floor. After I brought the car home I noticed a s**** in one tire and took it to my garage and they told me that I would need all 4 new tires on car before Winter and before the next inspection. I noticed after being told this that the spare tire was replaced with an older spare tire and the mat was gone. Spitzer's denied that the tires on the car needed to be replaced and blamed it on my garage. I took the car to the state police station and 2 officers looked at the tires and said they would definitely need to be replaced all 4 of them. I was also told by Spitzer's that the car was a ************************************************************** with the car that it was a 2016. They also gave me 3 different mileages on the car. On the dash it says ****** something, the sticker on the window one of the officers said it was ******, and on one of the papers I had to sign it said ******. *********************** implied that my garage just wanted to "sell me tires." But I've never had an issue with my garage trying to cheat me. My daughter looked up some information about Spitzer's and found out that they have several negative reviews with customers concerning vehicles that were brought and needing tires or the vehicle started having issues. I have spent well over $700 to replace the tires including the spare tire. I wish somehow I could be reimbursed for the tires at least. I highly suggest to anyone to never try to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. And I know that I will never buy another vehicle from them ever again.

The customer did purchase a 2017 ******* Tucson from Spitzer Ford DuBois on 10/13/2023. The vehicle was purchased as is. We always put 1/2 a tank of gas in used vehicles when sold. I do not believe the spare tire was replaced and the mat was removed. When the vehicle was taken to the state police they did not use a tire gauge and we had the customer come in and used a tire gauge and they passed. The mileage on the vehicle at the time of purchase was ******. All forms the customer signed stated the ****** mileage. The ****** mileage is from her extended service contract which states the contract term of 48 months from service contract purchase date, ****** miles from current odometer reading. We gave the customer the best deal possible on this vehicle and it was purchased as is. We encourage our customers to look over the vehicle and if they want take the vehicle to a garage of their choosing to make sure the vehicle is what they want.

This place is a fraud. They sold me an 07 Jetta GLI that's a lemon. It's even the right color. It was supposedly inspected but wasn't.Found that out on the home.Had to drive 3 hours in the dark with the headlights not working right.Had no emission sticker.Had to get a oil change.3 days later the check engine light comes on.Now it needs a PVC valve.And.after a good rain all the floors are wet.Sunroof leaks.Power seats don't work.Nothing works.

***** purchased an as-is 2007 VW Jetta from ** on 12/29/2022. We had to communicate with ***** over the phone and we were able to arrange for him to get a ride to our dealership from *******, **. ***** was told this ***** was being sold as-is. The vehicle contained an as-is buyers guide on the dash. ***** also was given the opportunity to take this vehicle to a mechanic prior to the purchase. He did not. ***** understood that purchasing a 15 year old vehicle, that there wouldnt be any extended coverage offered. He was told this during our paperwork process. ***** called us this month extremely hostile. He told us that he was going to drive the vehicle through our showroom and repeatedly called our salesperson mean names and belittled our dealership and our staff. We explained that there isnt any coverage on the vehicle and he promised to *** us and drive us out of business. Once legal action was threatened, we discontinued the conversation.
