    This business is a ****. You buy to use a one-time service and they end up charging you a $50 fee and 30 to 40 days never stating it on their website. There's some sort of secret sign up on their website that entitles them to get your money. It's never stated or you could probably barely see it on the website . I tried to contact them they wanted me to cancel my complaint before giving me a refund then when I canceled I never received my money. This is a total ****.

    I worked with ********. She was extremely polite, professional and a pleasure to speak with. She was very willing to help me given my confusion on how the service was offered. When realizing it wasn't something I needed to subscribe to, helped with immediately unenrolling me and provided the courtesy refund I asked for. Wish all customer service representatives were like her!!!

    Scam warning. Anyone with sense can tell some, if not all of the good reviews of this company are fake. There are loads of reviews detailing them charging their customers (victims) accounts after cancelation; acts that qualify as fraud. This "company" is blatantly fraudulent. Do not interact.

    Fraudulent. I purchased the software from a retail store on 10/19/24. I called the company to clarify a pop-up message after loading the software. I did not purchase anything via phone with the representative. Two weeks later I was notified by the fraud **** from my bank questioning an unauthorized charge of $49.95 ******** will process my dispute with this company. I intend to notify the ************************************ to investigate.

    This company charged me $39.99 for a subscription that I never subscribed to. When I noticed the transaction, I selected to get a refund on the site and it gives a phone number to call to receive the refund. Called the number and of course it's not a working number. Had to ****** to find the customer service number only for them to say it's too late to receive a refund when I've been trying to get in touch with this company. After calling the customer service agent stated that he didn't know how I got the wrong number. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager but if course no one is available and it'll take ***** hours for me to receive a call back. I'm so frustrated and this company is a complete fraud.

    Upon reviewing your account, we noted that you subscribe to our 14 day trial for $1.95 on June 10th, 2024 to create a Resume using our Resume Build website. If you did not wish to continue with the subscription, you should have canceled it within the first 14 days. In that case, you would have only been charged once.

    We provide a risk-free trial period during which full refunds are available for all charges within 30 days of the initial transaction date if cancellation is overlooked. Should cancellation not be initiated, billing will continue as per the agreed terms, which must be accepted prior to commencing the trial. Participation in the trial is voluntary, and charges are not imposed arbitrarily.

    PDF Simpli works with a user based system in which every user must choose the trial plan where it is explained that the account is for 14 days and due to an automatic renewal upon not canceling within the trial period. Also, every customer receives these details in the email once the account is created. We have forwarded this email with the payment receipt so you can review it.

    In terms of reimbursement, our company operates to a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy, prioritizing customer satisfaction. We have maintained a comprehensive record of our communication history with you, and every interaction with our team members was aimed at addressing your concerns and outlining the available options. At that time, our team members explained the intricacies of our refund policy to you. Regrettably, no refunds can be issued since the disputed charge is from July and it is not within our policy. We hope this can be of assistance.
