    Purchased 2 heated vests on 11/30/22 as Christmas presents that took a very long time to ship. Received several weeks later Juut before Christmas) and wrapped as gifts, never opened the items. When opened the receiver stated the items were "very small" and that the zippers immediately fell apart. Looking at the included packaging they mention that these are "Asian sizes" which is never mentioned on their site or during checkout. So I emailed them and requested to exchange sizes. Received a response that it is past their 30 day policy so they can't exchange them. Well of course it is it took almost a month to ship them. The order didn't even process until 12/03 and I received the product on 12/16/23 so well within 30 days. At this point, I just want a full refund and they can have their crappy product back.

    Wife order 3 items from scorched life.com as a Xmas present. The items were billed as designed and tested in ***. The items came dropped shipped straight from *****. They are cheaply made junk. I called the company and they first tried to offer a 20% discount and for me to keep items. Then was offed a 50% discount and to keep items. Told customer service rep no this is junk. The rep said well we can give you a full refund minus a 20% percent restocking fee. One that's unacceptable it's not used and has never been taken out of package is subpar merchandise. she stated their return policy. This is buried at the bottom of the page. Two what is displayed on the checkout page and on her order pages is "100% money back guarantee" not sure how that turns into we will give you 80% back. Scorchedlife.com has BBB accredited business plastered all over the top of every page. This includes the checkout page along side the 100% money back guarantee. As of today they have only refunded one order. This needs to be fully 100% refunded.

    I bought three pairs of the scorched "indestructible" pants on June 14, 2022 and planned to give them to my husband for Father's **** It took over a month for them to arrive and they didn't come until late July. He wore one pair two times and barely used it. Then we noticed the material in the front seam was ripped. This has never happened to him before with any pair of pants. When I reached out to customer service, they stated that they couldn't help us because we didn't pay for an extended warranty. I don't even think they offered one. But I'd really like to know why a warranty would be needed at all for a pair of pants that are marketed as "indestructible." Now, I know since the material immediately ripped after one use. I paid $179.90 for three pairs of these pants and the one pair that he used didn't make it even two days. The only response I received from the company was that I could buy more of the pants for "half off." ************ is a fraud with terrible business practices. I will never buy from them again.

    I had places an order from this company back on 06/11/2022 for the following listed below.Order #*****-A X1 Scorched Tactical belt Black (received)X1 Scorched Tactical belt Tan (received)Scorched Tactical Pants (3 pack) Black, Khaki, Green **** received)Yun Express Tracking Number: YT2219221272302723 This order was then separated into two shipments. Hence why I received belts but not pants. I contacted their email support to which I was told my package was successfully delivered. I then replied with screenshots of how I received different emails saying this shipment was split into two shipments and how the tracking number provided still shows it sitting in *****. I paid in full $234.26 for these items. At this point I'm than willing to send back these belts to which I only opened one to check fit and would return them for a full refund. I don't have 3 months to wait for shipping information that's not updated by their courier service. They are shipping products from ***** and using a courier service also based in *****. This is not my problem that their logistics takes months to fulfill an order.
