I ordered two pairs of Scorched Survival pants in June 2022 and didn't get them until September 2022. Every time I emailed them just to cancel the order I was given a different excuse as to why it was late and please give them more time. I asked multiple times to cancel the order but they said they couldn't because it was still in transit. When I got the order I wanted to return it to get a refund but I was assured that this wasn't possible.Review from Lloyd B

This company has substandard customer service. I ordered a pair of trousers 6 June 2022 and was promptly billed. I had not received my order by the time my credit card billed me, so I called the company and also emailed on 26 June 2022. The customer service representative on the telephone was courteous, but could not provide an estimated shipping date and refused to cancel the order. I emailed the company and received a prompt response by the afternoon of 26 June promising that the order would be expedited as soon as their stock was available and I would receive a priority shipment, which the email implied would be within a few days. It is now 8 August 2022 and my order has not been received. The company website does not indicate that the product I ordered is out of stock, so other customers are probably ordering as I did expecting that the product is in stock. I consider Royalzi Trends business practices to be deceptive. I do not recommend buying products from this company.Review from Lisa S

Ordered my product, the "indestructible pants" on June 6th. As of today (June 27th), they have never shipped. I was told shipping would be within 3 to 5 business days and the item should ship soon. I never received any shipment notification, so contacted the customer support number today. The item has never shipped and they stated they are experiencing delays. I asked for a refund. She refused, said she couldn't offer it. I demanded and threatened to contact BBB and my attorney. She stated she would ask her supervisor. She came back on the line and told me she could offer me 25% off additional merchandise. Why would I want additional stuff I will never receive???? I demanded again a full refund and threatened to have my lawyer contact them tomorrow. She finally conceded and provided my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE ***** AND ********. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT AND WILL BE LUCKY IF YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK.Review from Justin S.

Ordered a quality product that is much cheaper the industry standard. So, far the shipping has been fast and response time to emails are much faster than expected based on other BBB reviews. Billing has been processed by a reputable payment processor too. I am skeptical because of how cheap the product I ordered is,and the website seems like one that is a fly by night operation. I'm giving them the benefit of doubt because they are reacting following through like other reputable companies. Could this be the diamond in the rough and I got lucky and stumbled across a products from an up and coming company??? Time will tell. Once I receive my order I will update my review.
