I went to an open house at a home they had available. The home hand visible wear and tear. Cleaners were still in the home cleaning . Still I saw its potential. I decided to print out the online application and all of it other requirements. I went to their office to turn in everything. Upon arrival , I was not so pleasantly greeted by Jackie Murphy the office receptionist . She seemed annoyed at my appearance from the start. She opened the door and kind of raised her eyebrows in a “what” kind of manner. I told her I was interested in the home. She kind of huff and puffed. Eventually she reached for my paper and flipped through them. I told her I had a few questions before handing over the $2900 down payment. She grew even more frustrated. She expected me to hand her almost $3000 . I didn’t know her name and she was literally talking to me through the door. She kept referring me to some email. Another women came up behind me so I just decided to take my paperwork and walk away. My experience with her was horrible. She is definitely not the welcoming person you want to greet while making a life changing decision. She is so dry and very unprofessional. Definitely sucked the excitement out of it. I was texting some number they have trying to get information prior to arriving there. When I was leaving the number texted me that I could print the application online. I responded back that I had just left . I also text about the horrible customer service I got from Jackie. Of course I got no response. I also decided to email the owner of the company . They also didn’t respond. My Friend decided to call today to get information on the property. He got the pleasure of talking to “bad gal” Jackie! She was horrible to him also . Surprisingly I didn’t even mention my encounter with her to him . I was too embarrassed. But when he told me how unprofessional she was I had to speak up ! Until they do something with her , I wouldn’t recommend this company to a homeless person.
