    I've received 2 debit cards that I did not apply for. When calling the number it asks for social security number, I am in no way giving that info out. Why would this bank issue debit cards on my name and not have a phone number in which a real person can be reached? It almost appears as if someone has opened these cards in my name. I need these accounts closed. I in no way authorized such!

    On April 7,2022, I received a letter from MetaBank including a debit card stating that I had opened an account. I have not opened any such account. When I called to report and have them close the account, it was a recording that asked for my SSN and there was no option to speak to a person.

    I opened up a online account with premier bank and they was supposed to send me a debit card in the mail I never received it so it try to get back on the site and request another card and I interned all of my information and I couldn't access my account so I had my account number and my routing number wrote down and I ******* my routing number to see what bank my account was linked too and it when I ******* my routing number it's was Metabank and I have been trying to call and I have send emails and I can't talk to anyone and I can't access my account because every way I have tried to access my account it says that my information is wrong and when I call Metabank and inter my account number or my ssn they say they can't access my account and my $**** stimulus check was set up for direct deposit into that account and I have got on the irs web site to track my stimulus check it said it's been deposited into my account at Metabank I have been trying to access my account for about 3 weeks and I have called every online bank and I have had to to try and look up my account using my account number and routing number no one can access my but Metabank and I want access to my account ************************************************************** and I'm need someone to talk to me and help me access my account at Metabank so I can get my money it's a shame that people have to go they this ******************************************************************************** I'm very upset and I have contacted my attorney about this he's also looking into this for me

    On Saturday Feb 26th i went to ********* and purchased a vanilla gift carz with *** dollars on it. I returned home 30 minuets later and attempted to use the card to be told that my card wqs declined. I called the number on the card and was informed of two purchases thqt were made which was impossible because the card hadnt even bin removed from the packaging yet. After 3 hours of calling and asking for a refund i waz told i have to wait til monday to file a dispute. They even gave me the number to where the charges were made to try and get them to cancel it but it was the wrong number. I called monday and was told i have to wait 8 days befor i can file the dispute. U tried again the next day now their saying it will take up to 90 days to get anything back and thats after a 10 waiting peiriod.

Please not the security code is now noted as not valid so even if I try and call the card to check if anything has bin refunded I'm told it is invalid. So I'm also not sure what I'm supposed to do in that situation either thank you

    Meta Bank issued a checking account and debit cards in my name without my authorization. I only discovered this fact when in the mail I opened an envelope with the Debit Card issued on that account. Obviously this requires immediate attention to close this account. However, NONE of the contact phone numbers allows me to either report this matter nor talk to a human to get this taken care of. The bank should contact me for the checking account and routing number as well as the Debit Card number. The bank needs to immediately contact me with the corrective action plan.

    I was loading a card at ******* so I could pay my bills online since I don't have a bank account. As soon as I check the card it already has a charge for the whole amount I loaded. I called the customer service after and waited 3 hours to be told to fill out a form. I did so and emailed it back. I called the next day to see how long it takes to get it and they said right away. They never received anything from what they state. So I sent it again and called the next day after and they told me that the case was closed due to not sending the correct document. I had proof of sending the documents so I told them that and they made sure I got it done. I sent off the document again and I made sure to send it multiple times for a few days to make sure they received it. A week later and I contact them, they told me they got the document but now will need to wait. It's been almost 3 months and I still have not received word. This put me in a terrible spot for finances that I had to go and sell things just to make sure my power wasn't turning off.

    I was given a gift card for the amount of $** for Christmas. The card was issued by **********. This is a division of MetaBank. I contacted ********** numerous times to resolve a issue with the card not working at **** restaurants. Their final reply was to try the card at one of the other stores listed on the card. I replied that we do not frequent the other businesses listed on the card and that the card was given to us specifically to use at ****. I have not heard back from them.
