    This is a horrible credit card company. I realize there are people out there that are unable to get a credit card and that’s why companies like this exist. Recently, my husband attempted suicide and he is now on life-support, scheduled to be removed from life-support tomorrow in which he will most likely die. I immediately made a payment to the credit card in full, and then I called them to close the account because my husband will be dying. They would not simply just close the account as other normal credit cards do. Instead they gave me the runaround they wanted me to compose a letter with all of the details of my husband and get him to sign it while the man is in a medically induced coma on life-support! Please tell me how he is supposed to sign a letter when he’s on life support? It is unbelievable, unfathomable and just shameful that this company would put a grieving soon to be widow through this. I just wanted to leave this review so other people can see stay away from this card company! At this time I am still waiting to hear from them that they will close the account even though they received my letter yesterday, today they still are telling me they have no letter and I have to just wait. In the meantime anybody could use this card fraudulently. It’s just not right.

    Disappointing Fees and No Credit Line Increase After Two Years! I’ve been using the REVVI Credit Card for over two years, and I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. Here are the key reasons why I can’t recommend this card: Ongoing $6.25 Monthly Fee: One of the most frustrating aspects of this card is the $6.25 monthly fee that has been charged to my account for two years now. This adds up to over $150 annually, which is a hefty amount considering the very limited benefits this card offers. No Credit Line Increase: Despite having my payments consistently scheduled and on time. I have never received a credit line increase. It’s disheartening to see no growth in my credit limit, especially when I’ve been a responsible cardholder. Limited Credit Limit: A $300 limit is far too low, and it feels like the company is more focused on collecting fees than on offering genuine credit-building opportunities. This has made it difficult to utilize the card for anything meaningful or to improve my credit score. I would not recommend the REVVI Credit Card to anyone looking for a credit card with reasonable fees or the potential for growth. After two years of on-time payments and no increase in credit line, I’m seriously considering closing my account and finding a better option.

    I was approved for a credit card in October I sent them 95.00 fee in November. I haven’t received the credit card yet. They kept saying they sent and resent it to my address but it never came. I moved the end of November they advised me to change my address and email them a copy of my new address on my bank statements with my a photo copy of my current ID followed by my old address. Now after all that they tell me that my card will take longer cause the address change has to be processed. Which would take from 11/24 til 12/21 I still haven’t received the card and I’m still getting the run around. I asked them to refund my 95.00 fee.

    I received a letter that said I was approved for a credit card and I have many of them. I do everything they asked me to do in the letter that says I’m approved and then it denies me. That is so wrong to take a hit even on a soft inquiry on somebody’s credit by misleading them and telling them they’re approved and then declining their application. I do not recommend this company buyer beware.

    They don't update their app. So you can't get updates refreshed after purchase. What it says you have in your account to spend will be wrong. They are doing this so you keep going over your limit. There card is not working in all stores. The card has been waved as a fraudulent card by companies.

    On top of this card having high fees it declines everywhere. I pay the balance every time I get paid. It’s not reliable at all. Sometimes it works most times it declines and when you call the company about it they just tell you it’s not a trusted merchant. These are regular stores and restaurants. Don’t get this card!!!!! I wish I would have looked up the reviews before signing up.

    I applied for the credit card in order to build my credit. I was approved 8/26/24. At this time they require a $95.00 fee. I was told the card would arrive 5-7 business days, if I didn’t receive it give the USPS up to 14 business days. I called REVVI customer service 9/10/24 to inform them I have not received the card. I was told the card should be delivered on 9/16/24. I received a bill a few days later, several text, and email requesting payment. However I still did not receive a card. I am currently waiting for a letter closing the account and refunding of $95.00. I am very disappointed in this company.

    I made numerous payments for months from my bank account/debit card, Oct 9 I made a payment of $340 so that I can rent a car with Avis. They flagged my account and put a hold on it for possible fraud. they asked me to submit a PDF for the month of October but as you know here in the states for you to get the statement has to be on the first of the following month so basically they have a hold on my account which is tied to the car rental place and they won’t release the funds . This credit card company sucks

    I filed ch 13 August 2nd. To this very day REVVI continues to call. I have repeatedly told them I have filed bankruptcy, they have received the documents and need to stop. I have give.REVVI my lawyers information & Case # at least 3 times already. My lawyer has sent them a ‘Cease and Desist’, yet, REVVI continues to call. Every time they call I note the day, time, number and let my lawyer know. What they have done & continue to do is illegal.

    I’m filing a complaint against Revvi credit card and their outsource company. Back in august I cancel my count and requested my two payments back that was on my debit card. I had To cancel my debit card and called them to know and was told that I would receive my check in 30 days. I’m have been lied to and I know they have no intention of refunding my money first they claim to be a Visa card which they are not and can be used all over the united stares or else where. I want to know if there is anyone in this field help me out with my refund I’m 71 yrs old. Thank you Margaret Reich in San Antonio texas
