    Paid SGD173.26 on 13/Jun/24 SG time for a Super Saiyan Gi from ENDO Athletics. No order confirmation, nor delivery, or reply from messages to the business. Online search have revealed that this is a common practice for this business and they have been doing it for years.

    Purchased a rash guard in June. Still have not delivered the item purchased or refunded my money. Emails will be answered briefly offering excuses and then ignored.

    My name is **** ***** and I placed an order with this company 4/19/2023 for a wu-tang gi and short set. I waited for set time for the product to arrive and never received it. I then reached out to the company about the product and never received an answer. I went to the companies Facebook page and all post of selling the product has been removed. The Facebook site is the following *************************************** I have taken screen shots of the product and conversation that was had between I and the company. I would really like to receive the product however if the product is not available then I would like a full refund.

    I bought a jiu jitsu gi from Endo Athletics in April 3of 2019. Received a prompt email confirming purchase with a tracking number. I had ordered jiu jitsu gear from another place before and it took three months to receive the gear so I was figuring on somewhat of a similar situation with Endo. Three months pass, nothing, four months, five months, six months, still nothing. I reached out via their order status selection on their website which has you fill out your name, email, and order number, for them to contact you. I fill out the form, wait two weeks, no response. I notice they have a Facebook and Instagram icon on the bottom of their page so I click on Facebook go to their page and then send them a message through that channel and proceed to do the same through Instagram. Months go by and I keep trying to contact them. By this time we're about a year in from my original order date. Finally someone responds on Facebook messenger. They ask for my order number and say they'll look into. I give them my order number and a screenshot of my lemario confirmation. They get back to me apologizing for the error and assure me my gi and another complimentary gi will be shipped me. Nothing ever comes. I give up. I randomly get an email from them in 2021 for some promotions they have. I email them back saying it would be nice to receive my original order. No response through email. I message them on Facebook messenger again and a few days later they ask for my order number again. They say we will take care of this. Nothing ever happens and now we are three and a half years past my order date and still nothing. I reached out to them recently saying I just want a refund now but since the order I no longer have that credit card and I have moved to a new address. I provide the new address and they say they will handle it. Still nothing. I just want my money back at this point. Please help me.

    I placed an order with Endo Athletics on 2/26/22 and have still not received the items I ordered. Started trying to reach out to the company in April via email and their ******** messenger. I got no reply. I tried again in June and got a response through ******** messenger. I was told I would receive a tracking number that day and I never received one. I have tried several times the past couple of months to get in contact with them. I either get no response or when I do get a response they say it should have been delivered and that if it hasn't they will take care of it. I still have not received the items I ordered and I was already charged for them on the date of purchase.
