We placed an order for a rash guard in December 1st. Have sent numerous messages to find out where the order is and haven’t received any reply. My concave up his money to purchase this Rash guard shirt. Extremely upset and disappointed in this money stealing company.

Placed an order on 7/4/23 a rash guard and shorts. An immediate email confirming order was sent to me with my order number. Have not heard from them since. Sent multiple emails for updates and filled out online order update request without a single response. Sent message on IG as well, no response. I see a profile for the owner DJ Mackie, I’m sure I won’t get a response there either. I thought my purchase would be protected by bank/cc. That is not the case. Could not charge back because they utilize a payment service by Square that’s similar to peer to peer payment service. I’m sure this was done so Endo can capture payments and prevent charge backs. Terrible experience, one of the worst online transactions I’ve encountered.Endo Athletics Response

We reached out to this customer directly to get their order delivered to them and was prepared to ship this morning. Unfortunately they disputed this order with their bank nearly 2 months ago. We did have delays with some of our sublimation work, which we made public, but it doesn't excuse the extended delay. We are and can ship this customers order immediately and can provide tracking information, but can't do a whole lot once they've started the process of the refund.Customer Response

To ENDO, I have reached out numerous times without response. Please provide dates your attempted to contact me. It’s very coincidental you wanted to send me my order now I left this review. The charge back was unsuccessful because the service you use does not allow for charge backs and is treated as a peer to peer payment. You still have my original form of payment. And I am still without my order. If you’re truly trying to send my order, reach out via email or cell or text…all information you possess from my order…or even the DM I sent you in IG
