    This is supposed to be their Corporate Office and their Customer Service is non-existent and their call center (?Philippines), don't know what they are doing. When checking online while shopping to see if Ruby Tuesday was located in New Hampshire, it SHOWED several places close to my Grandsons. So I purchased the pack of 3 gift cards and this morning I wanted to give my Grandsons the exact locations and I found out that these restaurants were PERMANENTLY CLOSED! And there are no Ruby Tuesdays near me in this part of Florida. I am close to 80 years old and a Disabled Navy Veteran; this is NOT fair!

    Arrived 8:10 pm. Waited 10 min for service. Ordered ice tea, waitress cleaning off other table, 10 min later informed ice tea put away for night. Ordered soda and asked if we were too late to eat if so we will go elsewhere. Informed we were ok to stay. Another amount of time passed and ordered finally after waitress still cleaning another table off. Got 2 all u can eat salad bar plus meal for 3. Salad bar put away while still eating and never informed, could not go back for more. Plate still eating off of waitress tried to remove from table that I had to stop her from taking it. Waitress walking back and forth saying it was a long day, talking about rain to herself so we could hear. Asking if we were ready for bill while still eating, removing plates from table as we try to leave booth and all but taking the glass out of my spouses hand while drinking. Spouse ask if he uses bathroom they won’t lock him in, well as soon as I walked out the door, spouse in bathroom the outside and inside lights went out. As he finally came out in the dark I went back in to address our time there and issues with manager but got no where. She just stood with a smirky grin saying she was sorry. Bill total 82.00 and rushed. If this is how customers are treated the business will go to pot. This was the Frederick Md operation on Rt 85 on Sunday Sept 8,2024. Never go back! All u had to say was the building closes at 9 pm and we leave, would have gone elsewhere but no, took our money and rushed us out. Maybe if this being the case, your last sit down meal should be 7:30 pm. Waitress procrastinated waiting on us throwing less time for us to eat.

    The location in Inverness, FL had a coupon for a lunch special. My friend and I had been to this location less than a year before. It is August in west Central Florida and the air conditioning wasn't working. The staff was sweating. One worker had a bandana on his forehead to absorb perspiration. I can't imagine how hot the kitchen was. Service was slow with not many people there. I had a salad bar. Even though there was a cold plate under the bowls the items were warm and the spinach was wilted. I spoke to the manager who said the AC problem started in the spring. A friend of ours told me today this location has had AC problems since before COVID. The manager then told me there is a new GM. I spoke with him also. Still no definite answer. We informed both boys we will never come back again. Add to that the carpet. It was heavily worn, filthy, and no doubt moldly.

    Absolutely the worst—had to seek out the waiter for our drinks we had already finished our salad—most of the ingredients were not fresh—after seeking out the waiter for drinks we had to do it again for straws—several tables were not bussed —-same way when we left—three waitresses on duty—here is the kicker we were the only customers—location St. Robert Mo

    They DO NOT care about customer satisfaction. I had the worst meal ever at the location in Rock Hill, SC. I sent a complaint to them to which they responded by phone and promised me that they would send a gift certificate to me as compensation. I contacted them again after no gift certificate arrived and now they are simply ignoring me. This is a terrible attitude. If this keeps up, along with their prices going well above average, this business will close. I will not be disappointed.

    Seriously the worst restaurant I have ever been too! The waitress smelled of pot and acted high as a kite. She came to take our drink order before our food order. Should have been a clue. Took over 20 minutes to complete our drink order once it was placed. I ordered a New York Strip; worse piece of meat (if you can call it that) that I have ever had. The salad bar was a train wreck. Not clean or stocked at all. Bathrooms....I think I'd rather use the facilities at a hooker bar than this here. Also to note are the patrons. Seriously the table behind us, the guy was on the phone setting up a drug meetup. I had my kids with me and dude dropped the n word several times in the exchange. If you don't want white people using the n-word I suggest you not say it in front of my white kids who are 10 and under. Please corporate shut this place down! You put down a wounded animal. Put this place down. *And for corporate's automated reply back....read the damn comments and if you still want to be in business in the next five years; shut this location down. I honestly should have called the cops out to do it for you.

    Dallas, Georgia location severed spoiled milk to a toddler, then the manager argued about. He refused to correct the situation. Was rude to the adults, then took food and lemonade away from the toddler leaving her in tears.

    Honestly if this store cannot be staffed properly it should be closed. Judging from the online reviews it probably won't be long before that happens. So sad as this used to be one of my favorite places to eat in Kinston. If you order online to pick up in store add at least 30 - 45 minutes to the pickup time you are given. There were no visible employees for 10 minutes once I got inside. Check your food before you leave. The sides that I got were inedible. You'd be better off going to McDonald's and that's pretty sad. And don't bother letting corporate know about your experience. They don't respond.

    Bought Gift cards for Christmas, not aware the closest restaurant was out of business because we rarely eat out. How can they sell Gift cards knowing they cannot be used.

    We visited Ruby Tuesday Powell Tenn today around 11:30 am a party of 5 . We placed our order and it took an hour and half to get our food then the ribs were tough. We asked for more drinks and extra sauce for the ribs but never received them. We asked our waiter and even asked another waitress but neither one ever brought them to us. We had to go and ask for our ticket cause no one ever came back to the table. This is why l had quit going to Ruby Tuesday cause they can't seat you cause they always say they are short handed and usually only a couple people running the restaurant. It is sad cause l use to love Ruby Tuesday but l had told my daughter before going today that on the past they were having problems. Well the problems have been going on a long time now. Todays experience was terrible and l cannot see how this restaurant will remain open much longer.
