Deposit 8/30/23 $572.67 Remaining Balance paid $572.67. I booked 3Way Limo based on the pictures of the vehicles, reviews & recommendation. The owner promised me quality service & the best birthday Id never forget. Me & 14 of my friends were traveling to ************ in ********, ** (3 hour drive round trip)When we entered the vehicle it was a bit toasty. The chauffeur, said it would cool off when they started driving. 30 minutes into the drive it was sweltering. I called *************************@1pm. I informed him that hot air was blowing from the ** unit. Everyone was sweating, agitated, & some began to feel sick due to the heat. He stated he would call his driver to find out what was going on. However to this day no one from 3 way has called me. I contacted him by phone, 2x Wednesday 9/27 & I left a voicemail asking him to return my call concerning my trip. Again no reply to my voicemail. I texted him on 9/28, Thursday morning. At this point we began to text back and forth. He offered me a 15% discount on my next booking. I told him that was not doable, unfair, & an insult because the service provided & his communication was horrible. Why would I use this service again? I texted him that the cost to travel to & from the venue was $600 & to be fair that I would accept a $300 refund. Since the refund request Ive heard nothing from anyone. Totally ignoring my text messages after stating I would not & will never use 3-way Limo services again and due to the stress & lack of communication I want 1/2 of my money refunded $572.67. This is more than fair as my birthday was ruined & I also felt it necessary to refund to my guests for their inconvenience. Each paid $40 to help offset the amount that I had to pay for the limo. The limo needs to be replaced, repaired or retired. The vents for the air were too small for a vehicle that size. The sunroof doesnt open, the step to enter the limo is a safety hazard without the aid of a step stool. One of my guests was injured.

*************************  Report: (Three Way Limo Driver)

On the evening of September 30, 2023, I, ***********************, was the driver for the client and arrived a couple minutes early from the scheduled contract time. Some passengers started loading while others were still making their way outside. The loading door was open for a while (about 20 minutes or so) because they were entering at different times. The temperature outside was in the high 80s, low 90's. The client called **************, the owner, shortly after we pulled off to state that it was a little warm but not that they were miserably hot. He in return, called me to see what the issue was. I explained that the door had been left open a considerable amount of time and that it may take a minute to cool back off.  No further calls were made from the client of this complaint, therefore, I assumed that it had cooled off on the 1 1/2 hour ride to the venue. They also complained about not being able to open a sun roof that doesnt open due to safety issues. Its to protect the customer. When we arrived to our destination they didnt appear to be miserable as reported.  Once the event was over, they reloaded, (appearing to have consumed alcoholic beverages at the winery) and some passengers appear to be stumbling and losing their balance. All passengers were laughing and seemed to be having a good time. We arrived back at the  drop off location and the customers had no complaints. After I dropped them off and proceeded to clean and sanitize the vehicle, I did not recognize it to be hot in the party area. I proceeded to do another run within 1 1/2 hours and no one reported any such concerns of it being uncomfortable. I cant say for sure what happened from the time I dropped the client and her guest off until the next morning but can only imagine that the alcohol had worn off. I do understand that when you drink alcohol, your body temperature has a tendency to rise. This may have contributed to the complaint.

    Three ******************* Response:

Our account of this incident is what our driver has reported to us. We apologize for any discomfort experienced during the client's trip with us. However, it is important for the passengers to adhere to the guidelines and regulations by helping the driver maintain proper and comfortable air conditioning temperatures by keeping doors closed and not wide open for long periods while loading. It is like any other vehicle, building or venue when the temperature is extremely hot or cold. It must be controlled to be effective. The sun roof has never presented an issue with previous passengers. Its not made to open for the protection of the passengers. Again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

    Sincerely,
    ****************************

    Complaint: 20680258

I am rejecting this response because:
***** is not telling the truth. She was personally told about the warm air blowing after we loaded. We were all there and loaded on time. We pulled off at 12:23. I called ************* 30 minutes into the ride at exactly 1:00 to report the issue. After not hearing back from *************************** I asked ***** had she heard from him once we arrived at the winery. She stated, I told him about the issue.. That was all she said.  Not a single employee of 3 way called me. I called ************************* only to get his voicemail which I left a message. I texted him as you can see from the documents sent earlier. Im utterly disgusted with this companys lack of integrity, communication, and transparency. This company doesnt take responsibility nor ownership for their poor communication. Im still looking for a resolution and not excuses. I paid over $1,000 to ride in heat. Im looking for monetary compensation.

    Sincerely,

    *****************************

We rented the party bus to drive us from *********, ** to *******, MO for a cousins birthday. The first red flag was him renting the bus to her saying it fit 20 people. We could only fit 18, and that was with someone sitting in someones lap. The second red flag was the bus was hot when we got on it (12:45pm). The driver said it would cool down once the bus started driving. 20 mins outside of ******* we realized the air just did not work. Third red flag was about an hour of us suffocating on the bus we heard a loud pop (around 1:45pm). We asked the driver to pull into the ******* so we could get some air and buy some hand fans for the ride. Once we got off the bus we seen that the inner tire on the back drivers side had burst! The exact words of the driver were As long as its the inner tire and not the outer we can keep on driving. We kept trying to contact the owner and we could not get an answer. We were being sent to voicemail! We got back on the bus, and he took us to the restaurant. The driver stated was going to get the air and tire serviced while we were eating. We waited on the bus an hour after eating to pull back up thinking it was being serviced. The driver pulled back up with the busted tire and no air on the bus (6:45pm). We got back on the bus just ready to get home! 45 min down a one lane highway the outer tire burst! We pulled to the side of the road as much as possible, and waited for direction from the driver. While waiting for the driver to contact who he needed to contact to get us aid, the entire bus just shut off. This left us in the pitch black dark with no lights, air, or emergency lights. The bus battery or alternator died (words of the driver)! The owner still has yet to answer the phone for us. we were stranded for over 5 hours on the outside of the bus being bit by swarming mosquitoes in fear that if we stayed on the bus we would be rear ended. The owner did not send aid until 1am and will not consider a refund. can't upload pic
