This company has a towing side that is very unprofessional. The drivers were very rude and hostile in communicating the process to retrieve vehicle. They were very rude to several customers which resulted in me calling law enforcement. The male driver even acted as if he was going to pull a weapon out, as I mentioned in the 911 call. It is the law to report a tow and the drivers did not do so until the police officers arrived. The drivers began to say, "the police can't do anything for you." The drivers were dishonest about the location of my car. The police officers were being told that I was pulling up to get my car when I was indeed standing right in front of the officers. They were communicating the wrong information to their boss and the police. The company was price gouging and being very disrespectful. It was so ridiculous that MPD mentioned reporting the company. The owner stopped answering the phone. I attempted to call from another phone and still no answer. The incident took place on a Saturday and the owner was not going to release my car until the following Monday. This would have resulted in a high storage fee. Being that the company is 24 hours, I did not understand that. MPD was very great as resolving the situation. I do understand that money has to be made but please lets be professional. There were two tow trucks initially and if what they were doing was right, why did they not return to continue their job once law enforcement arrived? I was told that the owner, Pastor *****, was a good person. Lets try to be a better businessman.Review from Verandal P

11th grade formal! 16 couples! Wonderful experience from beginning to end! Booking was simple and customer service was responsive to my questions and booking the *************** was our driver and touched base with me twice before the event. She loves her job! And you could tell how important it was to her that the kids had a blast The party bus was clean, fun and everyone had a blast! Highly recommend
