I had ordered online from ***** CBD Gummies on 4-27-24 buy 1 bottle for $39.95, get 2 bottles free. Was then charged $199.88. I have cancelled my card so that they won't ship another order of useless Gummies and contested the charges. I wouldn't even leave 1 star if it didn't require that at least 1 be checked.Review from Brian D

Zero star was not available. Does anyone have a website or phone number. I got taken to and they keep sending me product and charging me. I am shutting down my debit card .Review from Patrick M

Proper CBD Gummies had a special: “Buy 1 bottle @ $39.95- Get 2 Free,” so I placed an order. I get a confirmation for the order stating that they charged me $199.88. I wrote back and tried to cancel the order because it was a ‘bait & switch.’ I was overcharged X five. They wrote back to say that the product has shipped so I was not allowed to cancel. Even though they charged me instantly, it took two months before I received the product. I tried it and it proved ineffective. There was no calming effect and there was no relief of pain from my chronic migraines. I doubled the dose- and still nothing. I asked how to return their faulty product. And I sent the ten (10) bottles back to them. They would not refund my money, stating that they did not receive the return fast enough. How could I possibly return it within 30 days when it took twice that long before I even received it??? To make matters worse, they charged me $199.88 AGAIN! They had their product back. I asked for my money to be returned and they refused. Save your money. Their product has no efficacy whatsoever and they will charge you more than they were supposed to.Review from Margaret W

There should be a 0 rating. These folks in New Smyrna, TN are THIEVES. DO NOT give them any information. My experience was very similar to many of the complaints listed before me. Hard to locate, no invoice, crappy customer service. Supposed to be a one-time order, which I did not complete because they began trying to upsell lots of other products. The next thing I received product taking a monthly charge of $199.86. I received product and returned to sender without opening. I waited for a refund which did not happen, so I filed a fraud charge with ********** **** ***. Then to add insult to injury the bank did nothing because the length of time I waited to file the charge was over two months. In the end I feel both these companies are thieves and I am out $600.00. If I had unlimited funds, I would hire an attorney and sue them both for fraud on principles alone. BUYERS BEWARE!Review from MIKE L

About like the others here. I ordered the 3 Bottles at 39.00 with 2 Free. They charged the 199.00 twice. I found the number here. They said it didn't go through so both cards refused due to Fraud. Now after reading everyone's post, I will say don't buy it. This is a total ripoff.Review from Gloria T

My elderly sister did subscribe but didn’t like the product and too expensive. I tried calling the phone # Listed on ****** but it was a totally different company. Their web site doesn’t give any contact information. I did find an email address and sent an email several months ago to cancel. No response. I found their correct phone # on THIS BBB SITE. I did get customer service and they cancelled order and I obtained the reps name and reference #. CAUTION ***** Way too expensive and lots of trouble trying to reach them***Review from Trudy A

I have also gotten more product than I had ordered. Can not find a contact number for this company to cancel any further orders. I got no packing slip with either order, no contact information. Do not know where to go to get contact information or who to report this to that will make any difference. If this is a scam, witch it appears too be, has it been reported to to ****. Since no one appears to be looking into to the problem. It maybe time to let some know who can pack a punch to these people.Review from Jerry W

When I made my order I thought I was only ordering 1 bottle of CBD Gummies. They ended up sending me 5 bottles at the cost of almost $200 billed on 14 April 2023. On 15 May 2023 I received another 5 bottles for almost $200. I called and they agreed to refund the second order after the second order was returned, the wait time would be around 2 or 3 weeks after they received the returned merchandise. In my opinion their ad was extremely misleading, I NEVER would have made the first order if I had known they would send me 5 bottles, plus they told me when I made the first order it automatically put me on a monthly refill list. I do NOT recall any of this information from their online ad. Also the product is crap to me, cause it did not do a thing for e. Buyer beware.Review from Peggy P

4/22/23 Said charge did not go through 4/23/23 Husband asked me what the charge was for. I said it didn’t go through, which credit card showing a charge of $259.87 I was only ordering one bottle and said it would send another bottle free. The charge was going to be $49.99 and a bottle free. 4/24/2023 Spoke to Eve regarding sending product back, she stated I would get an email 24-48 hours on how to return product. Why does it take that long to get an email??? She gave me a reference # - ********. I waited and waited, no email. She did provide an address to mail back – Buy Power Brands aka CBD Gummies Fulfillment Center Customer Service Attn: Eve P O Box 7000 Smyrna, TN 37167 4/25/23 Called CBD and getting the run around saying will send email in 24-48 REALLY AN EMAIL TAKES THAT LONG. 4/46/23 Getting run around from this company all fluff. 4/27/23 Send package back unopened CMRR by **** 4/28/23 Judy from CBD said email 24- 48 hours ??? 5/19/23 checked credit card account – no credit – put in dispute on my credit card. I can't believe anyone on the show ***** **** would back this company, now I don't trust anything or company they will back. This is a company who wants to rip people off.
