This law firm continues to leave voice mail messages on multiple phones in our house about delinquent property taxes due in Cass County, TX. We have never owned property in Cass County. In performing research on this law firm, it appears this law firm is notorious for harassing people for similar scenarios without doing their due diligence. We request this law firm IMMEDIATELY STOP HARASSING US AND PERFORM DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE HARASSMENT. In my opinion, this is malpractice and subject to Texas State Bar review. Further, if any negative report has been provided to credit reporting agencies by this law firm, we request this immediately be rescinded and confirmation provided regarding same.

All ad valorem taxes are collected in accordance with Texas law and other applicable legal authorities prior to our firm becoming involved. Our firm was hired by Cass County Texas to collect the taxes after this account become delinquent. The County turned over an account for ******* ********. After some additional research, it has been determined that we have been contacting the wrong person. The complaint’s information has been removed from our system and the complainant should not receive any further communications from our law firm.

All court fines and fees are assessed in accordance with Florida law and other applicable legal authorities prior to our firm becoming involved. Our firm has been hired by Highlands County, FL to collect these amounts after they become delinquent. We have researched the matter and contact our client. From these efforts we have determined that according to Court records the case balance is still due even though the complainant was a minor at the time. The Highlands County Clerk of Court can also confirm the outstanding balance.

I received a letter from this attorney's office saying that a warrant MAY be issued for my arrest concerning an issuance of a bad check from 03/29/2005 (Docket# **********), 17 year ago, in Smith County, Tyler TX. I have never been to Tyler Texas, therefore; I did not issue a bad check there. I tried to call this office and could not get anyone on the phone. I was on hold a long time but was unable to speak with anyone. I have reviewed the complaints submitted with the BBB and it appears that tis may be a collection agency that a majority of the time either has the wrong information or uses harassment and intimidation to collect money from unsuspecting people. I am requesting a copy of said bad check issued in Tyler TX. Otherwise, I want any further communication to cease immediately.
