Paid for a years worth of service by check and only received about a month of service before the excuses started on why we weren't receiving services. He offered a 20$ credit but we prepaid and were never provided account numbers. He refused to provide service and stopped responding so we have been unable to get a refund.

Paid $80 for disposal service that would last from September 2022 through November 2022. This company skipped their agreed-upon disposal pick-up days for several weeks beginning in October and has now completely removed themselves from offering services to my neighborhood despite being pre-paid for a specified timeframe of offered services. The owner first claimed personal medical situations involving family deaths prevented him from performing his duties. He then claimed one of his family members was sick and that he would not pick up trash until they were released from the hospital. I am an understanding person, but an agreed-upon service that has been pre-paid should be fulfilled. The pre-paid amount should be refunded if the service cannot be fulfilled. At this time, over 50% of the agreed-upon time frame of the services offered was not met; a full refund should be issued by the business to the affected patrons.

The owner of this company ********************* came and took our money for trash and recycling services to be rendered. He then proceeded to make up every excuse in the world about why he couldn't perform the services we paid for. He charged $80.00 for 3 months of trash services he would only take payment via cash app or venmo. He sent messages apologizing for not picking up trash and offered a $20.00 discount on the next bill. He refuses to give a contract and or recipes for transactions. We were scared out of money for services he barely provided we were supposed to have trash pick up twice a week and recycling once a week. He took over in August 2022 and came to the neighborhood less than 10 times from August to November 2022. He now has no working phone numbers and does not reply to messages.

This business has scammed customers out of trash pickup that we paid for in advanced. Their number is currently not working and getting ahold of them through ******** messenger is hard. Theyre not consistent with our trash pickup and the terms that were stated at the beginning when we paid. I have not had trash pickup in over a week. It has happened before and I was forced to pay someone else to get my trash to avoid nastiness outside or my HOA filing a complaint. I want answers and dont feel its fair I paid money and not all days have been accounted for.

The business formally known as Warrior Disposal referred clients to a new business Triple A disposal and a Mr ********************** They began servicing our trash needs with a one year paid contract after warrior filed for bankruptcy. So I've now paid for 2 full years of service. Triple A stopped picking up after 1 month of service. They also are not responding to any form of communication. After looking here, I see ********************* was also listed as an owner of Warrior. What a scam!! I have spent over $450 this year and still do not have trash services. I would appreciate any help in the matter. I have already filed a complaint with the *** however they unfortunately not push the complaint any further. $200 is what I paid for this specific 1yr service agreement and I only received pick up for 4 weeks. I have made multiple attempts to communicate via phone, text and email with zero ****************************************** ************ ************ ************

I previously had paid $335 for a year's worth of garbage pickup at Warrior Disposal on 12/7/2021. On 8/1/2022, I received an email from that business that they were filing bankruptcy and would no longer be able to provide services. On 8/4/2022, received an email from ************************* that there are new owners for the business and that they'd work "diligently" to get services to customers back on schedule. THEN, 8/17/2022, received an email from ********************* that anything paid to Warrior Disposal has nothing to do with Triple A, and to reply to the email if we're interested in continuing service with Triple A. On 9/2/2022, I did respond to that email and requested service. ********************* contacted me via phone I agreed to pay one year service for weekly garbage and recycling services. He sent me an invoice for $261 and told me if I paid that day and emailed him back, my garbage would be picked up the next day (Saturday is supposed to be my pickup day). It was not picked up, so I contacted them via email on 9/9 - i believe my garbage was picked up the following Monday 9/12. After that, my garbage was not picked up again until 10/11, only after continuous emails to ********************* and demanding a refund or I'll file a complaint with BBB. The phone number he contacted me on and is listed in the original email from him is NEVER answered by a human and goes to a recording that states the voicemail has not been set up, so can't leave a message. They are impossible to reach. After my garbage was picked up on 10/11, I emailed **** that I expected my garbage to be picked up the following Saturday, as per the agreed upon schedule, or I would file a complaint with BBB. Guess what...it's now Tuesday 10/18, and my garbage still is not picked up. In seven weeks since I paid for a year's worth of weekly garbage service, they've provided two pickups, and the second one only after constant emails and demands for refund and threat of filing a complaint. I wish to find new service elsewhere.

I received an e-mail from ********************************* stating Triple A took over for Warrior Disposal after they went bankrupt. They offered their services with pricing and business hours. I called the office to set up service 9-16-22 through *************************. I was charged $90 for the trash pick up service along with a $20 delivery fee for the recycle bin. I already had a trash bin from Warrior Disposal. I paid the total of $110.00 through Zelle *************). ****** asked me to e-mail her the payment confirmation along with my address to confirm the payment was made. I sent it to her and she said my recycle bin would be delivered Monday September 19th and trash would be picked up Wednesday the 21st. Neither was done. I called the office over and over and sent an email the next day, but I got no answer until September 23rd from ********************* who said they had a death in the family. I called again on the 27th because I still had not received my recycle bin. ****************** she would make sure the bin was delivered that day and my trash would be picked up on the 28th. Again this was not done. I called and called but never could get an answer. I stopped by the business, but the doors were locked and the lights were off. I sent an e-mail requesting a response, but I have yet to receive one. I call once a day to try and get through, but I am not getting an answer from this business. I feel they have scammed me out of $110.00.

On September 29th I spoke with ********************* and ****** at Triple A Disposal regarding continuation of residential trash service as they took over Warrior Disposals customers. I was given payment information for quarterly services. Their invoicing system was in the process of being set up so payments were being accepted by Paypal or Cashapp. This business has claimed to taken over customers of Warrior Disposal who was recently in the news for the same- taking customers money and not providing services. I made an $80 payment via Cashapp and have not received service and no one answers emails or phone calls. I am am not the only my resident in my neighborhood this has happened to. After they announced (by email) that they would be taking over services from Warrior, services had continued for approximately one month and that is when I called to inquire about continuation of services and making payment. I have also processed a request through Cashapp for a refund of the payment that I made and I have also requested the amount from the vendor with no response as of today.

In February-March of 2022, I paid Warrior Disposal $312 for a year of trash services. $290 of that was for trash the rest for an initial account set up. I was fine with that. Throughout the service there were many moments where trash days were skipped due to ******* or illness, I did not complain or anything about that. But then the business was struggling and I never got notifications, emails, texts or calls about them going out of business. I was notified by the next door app that the business was filing bankruptcy when I tried to call and verify there was no response, no calls back, no contact. I emailed multiple times and 1 time got an auto response. That they were going out of business, but no information on if I would or could get at least a partial refund for services not rendered. Then someone apparently bought out Warrior or purchased their LLC. There has been no contact for that person. I found a number on Next Door for the person; called them and they said in order to continue trash service I would need to initiate a contract or trash pick up with them and it would be $80/quarter but their site was having issues and that they are only accepting Cashapp or Zelle. I was not comfortable spending any more money with someone without a paper trail or contract and if they purchased Warrior's business as they stated then any prior customers (that were paid up) should have automatically been accepted into the new company/route and not have to sign up with them and pay additional money.
