    We ordered service from Warrior in attempt to support a veteran owned business. Unfortunately, the service they provided was subpar, in the span of the first 3 months of service they cancelled trash pick-*** with little or no notice half a dozen times. Because of this, we cancelled service on February 10th. I called to notify and left several messages, none of which were returned. I also sent several emails, sent them messages on their ******** page and called some more. Eventually, after a few weeks they responded to the email saying that I was on the pick-up list. As of now, 4/12/22 - my cans have STILL not been picked up.

    I signed up for trash and recycling service with this company on 8/24/2021 and paid $290 for a year. Due to them not picking up numerous times (with no credit given), poor customer service (they never answered their phone) and finally not picking up three times in a row, I cancelled service with them on March 14, 2022. It took multiple phone calls, emails and a ******** message for me to cancel service. As of today, April 8, 2022, they have still not refunded me or picked up my two bins. I have also disputed the amount of refund for which they refuse to tell me how they came up with their amount of $1.60. I say they owe me $130.64, as they pick up 102 days a year. I will not be using their service for 46 days from 3/14 to 8/24/2022. 46 x $2.84 daily rate equals $130.64. They also contend that I owe a $80 bin cleaning fee, which I do not agree with. Even if I take that out, I still am owed $50.64. I feel with cancelling service on March 14, 2022, they have been given ample time to pick up my bins and refund me the proper amount. My bins have been sitting in my driveway and I am receiving complaints. I have sent Warrior multiple requests to pick them up and they just say I am on a list. This is not my problem. They can pick them up in a pick up truck.

    They charge $80 for three months of trash pick up. I skipped two months in-between quarters and they didn't continue my service during those two months. I then payed for another 3 months of service in which they decided two of those months I did not receive service would be included so they had me to pay $80 for one month of service. When I was under the impression I was paying for 3 months of service. Apparently that included the months I did not receive service. Their invoice does not State the months included. The verbal agreement was that it was $80 for 3 months. It also states on my invoice that they would pick up trash twice a week when they had only ever picked up once a week.

    To whom it may concern, we are dealing with a trash company here locally in *********** ***** by the name of Warrior Disposal. We picked this company because they claimed that they recycled glass, which they both dump both recyclables and trash, into one truck one pick up day. Warrior Disposal did miss a few days in the first year of service, but in the second year of service they missed many days mostly on Thursday pick up days were missed (Trash only) and Warrior Disposal refused to prorate their missed days of trash pick up. We have paid Warrior Disposal $260 of an annual rate for services. November was the next annual fee for 2021-2022. We stopped services on February 1, 2022 and finalize ******* 1,2022 (Comparison on Behalf of Warrior Disposal asked upon Management) due to not fulfilling 3rd obligations of services, failure to ensure recyclables, failure to pick up trash on promised dates, and failure to insure true proration of appropriated paid in fees in services. We paid 260USD in November 2021 and November2022, we canceled services on February 1st 2022. They wanted to charge us $40 to clean each bin plus services with a refund of $32 Out of the 260. We divided 260USD by 12 months which comes out to 22USD a month for services roughly. Twenty two times 3 months equals 66 plus 80 equals 146, minus 260 is 114USD (Proration/Refund). Warrior Disposal claims "they charge per pick up". It has exceeded a month of cancellation and currently Warrior Sanitation bins are still waiting for pick in front of our residents. We really need a resolution and might seek legal counsel. Thank You for looking into.

    Paid for a full year's worth of service in Dec of 2021. Twice a week pick up for residency trash collection for $260. For months, they were unable to follow through with their commitment for Tues and Fri trash pick up. Some days they would come late. Some days they wouldn't come at all. Since they kept skipping my neighborhood, I called in asked for a lesser price package for once a week pick up instead, so it'll be easier for them to manage. Here, I would like to note that they typically don't pick up their phone until you've called about 16 times back to back. I was told that they could notate my account for once a week pick up but I would have to keep the price point that I paid for. ************ for the same amount.. Fine. With this new service schedule, they still came on whatever day they wanted and kept the erratic pick up schedule. I decided that was it. I had enough and wanted to leave the company. Again, they do not answer their phones, their ******** page gives you automated messages with no response. I had to call them every day for a week for someone to finally answer and tell me the manager was unavailable. Another week passed and I was able to get ahold of the same person. Waited on hold for 40mins for the manager to get out of her meeting, once she was on the phone she told me she could cancel the account but will charge me $80 as a cleaning fee for leaving. Giving her my terrible experience and service story with the company thus far, she refused to change the fee and will be leaving it on the account. Then she hung up the phone. I've received no emailed invoice of my amount to be refunded. No estimate of time was given for the trash bins to be collected. The terms that I signed did not state that a disinfectant fee would be charged EVEN WHEN THE COMPANY DOES NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THEIR COMMITMENT. In addition to the refund of the unused amount, the $80 cleaning fee should not be charged.

    I pay warrior $70/quarter for trash pick up TWICE a week. They repeatedly have missed service at least once and sometimes twice a week with no effort to correct the situation. I have emailed and called and asked for at least a prorated credit for the dates missed. They have never issued credit and have instead increased rates and still will not pay out for any days missed. I have canceled my service with them and they will not provide a confirmation for the credits issued for the leftover balance of the $70 for the most current billing cycle.

    I cancelled my service with Warrior on 2/23/2022 and requested that the trash and recycle bin be picked up. I paid for a year of service ***** months ago. There were numerous times in 2021 and 2022 that trash pick up was delayed or completely missed. I was told that I would be charged $80 for them to clean each bin. I was not requesting a refund for service until I was told that. I asked that **** send me an email with all of the missed service dates and she stated she would provide it. She also stated that someone would pick up the bins that week. I called their office on 2/26/22 and left a voicemail requesting the promised email and for the bins to be picked up. I have yet to receive a response - My husband spoke with someone in their office on 2/28 and was assured the email would be sent and bins would be picked up the following weekend. Bins were not picked up. I have been calling daily - they have not picked up their phone once. When the voice mail is not full I have left messages. I sent another email yesterday. The bins are in my garage due to HOA regulations.
