    We pay for our trash to be picked up twice a week. And for the last three weeks this company has canceled picking up garbage in our neighborhood 4 times for one reason or another. They do not offer to come other days to make up for the missed pick up. They do not answer their phones or allow for emails to be sent. It is unsanitary for garbage to continue to pile up in the garbage can week after week. Today was our pick up date and despite us having out as of the night before they over looked our bin. So here we are again stuck with trash and no resolution. All I ask is for the company to pick up our waste and provide the services we pay for.

    Warrior Disposal does not pick up trash as they are supposed to. I paid for a whole year, and they miss picking up trash and its bad habit. I paid a lot of money for them to pick up 2 times a week and there have been times they don't do that.I emailed them and called them and leave voice messages. They don't care and always make up excuses about the hot weather, cold weather, vehicle problems and lack of workers.But they did not have issues taking one hard earn money. Yes I understand there are times they won't pick up due to unforeseeable events. like severe bad weather or Holidays. Other than that they should pick up.If they miss picking up one day they should come the next day and pick up that why I paid to have them pick up my trash! I am not paying for 1 day trash pick up.I have even waited for the trash outside my home on pick up day and saw the driver pick up across the street saw me standing next to trash can and try to avoid picking up as the driver try to turn to leave my neighborhood and I yelled out for him to pick up my trash and he came back to pick up.They wanted to leave and head home since it was getting late in the day and gave me excuses, They even passed my home and then said we passed by and not trash can was in site or say we picked up but trash can outside my driveway with full of trash.They need their license revoked and stop them from working!They took off their ******** account they don't answer calls and make so many excuses that its ******* to hear. Yet other trash companies pick up other people trash in my neighborhood.The other trash companies do their job and yet Warrior Disposal does not and am sick and tired of it.and they want to increase their prices and charge you more for not doing their job.They did not pick up on 06/21/22 I emailed them and told them to pick up next day and they refused told me they pick up on Friday the second day of pick up. They pick up *************** are scammers.

    This company continuously misses trash pick up days. today June 20th they missed pick up again claiming there were loose dogs - i have been here all day. i am so used to them missing service that now i go out to see what their driver does. they went up the side road, did not collect any trash, and missed all other houses in a 3 block radius. there weren't any dogs around. i am tired of they service always missing pick up - this is garbage and they are declining to honor the service dates they said they would, they do not return to pick up trash, and on top of that they have declined to prorate the times they miss. this company has a serious problem managing their business

    I called Warrior today to cancel my service and talked with ****. Here is a copy of the email I sent them after my call at 11:43:****,This morning I called to cancel my service today with Warrior and talked with you. I informed you that I was was canceling my service because of the inconsistencies, delayed and missed trashed pickups. We called your office on numerous occasions to discuss the problems. Having the trash bins out for extended days is a violation for our HOA. I paid a year in advance and my service is good until mid Aug.You informed me there is a sanitation fee for the bins that is in the contract. Warrior has consistantly broke this contract by failing to meet the trash pick-up days, missing days and causing violations with our HOA. Recommend you use my two months credit for canceling early for the fee if you will not waive it.Respectfully,************************* I received the attached invoice at 1:33 today.     We are sorry for any delayed pickups, but we have always made at least one pickup a week, and when we went we picked up everything. No one is under a contract, to allow the customer the freedom to choose, but we do deliver the bins clean and need to sanitize them for the next customer. This is stated on the terms and conditions that is signed for. We strive to do the right thing and we have moved some neighborhoods to once a week pickup due to added operation cost beyond our control and lack of workers in any industry. We are doing our best to overcome the ordeal we have all been handed. Our employees our working 16 plus hours a day and still trying to finish the day strong. We appreciate the business but please understand we are adapting to things out of our control and adjusting daily to serve everyone.

    Last May I signed up for a year of trash pick up twice a week with recycle also being up on a day my household trash was to be picked up. During the year of our contract, there were several weeks that I only had pick up once a week. I have tried calling them, left a message once, with that message not being responded too. since their service was now unreliable, I decided to end my service with them. I tried calling the number listed on their trash can and either they were having phone issues, or, they had disconnnected/changed their number, but, I got a prerecorded message stating that memory was full. Finally, they had contacted me via text to remind me to pay the invoice they sent to my email, and I shared that I was discontinuing service with them. The text stated they would have someone contact me to officially cancel my service. They are going to charge me $40.00 per trash bin (I have two) for cleaning to cancel my service. They stated that it was in the terms and conditions that I was to pay that upon stopping service. I do not have a copy of the T&C, but, I would think that it also stated they would pick up twice a week as per our agreement. If they did not fulfill their end of the contract, I feel that I should not have to pay to get the service stopped.

    I have been trying to contact Warrior disposal as I have service with them. I have yet to speak to someone about my services. Ive left several emails and voicemails. No one has picked up my trash or recycle for over a week. Ive called several times and emailed and no answer nor response by email. I need to get some answers other wise I need to have them pick up my trash bins so that I may find another service provider. This is an ongoing problem with them. Please help!

    I canceled their service approximately six months ago they're trash bins are still in my driveway I am requesting someone please come pickup their trash bins I have called countless times throughout and always told someone will come by and that the owner is aware of this and no action still has been taken trash bins have been in driveway

    We paid for one year service in advance, $290 in Dec 2021. We are in a rural area, so Warrior Disposal was contracted to pick up our trash and recycle once per week (versus twice per week which I believe is their frequency for metro and urban areas). We've been fighting with them since March to get a reasonable refund of our money after cancelling. They skipped several pick**** We received nothing but excuses. Over the course nearly three months, they claim to have provided 7 pick **** I believe it was more like 4 times -- giving them the benefit of the doubt. It was excuse after excuse as to why they did not pick up. We canceled service around mid-March. At first they said they would pick up the following week... they didn't. They said sorry, our day had changed, but still didn't pick up on the new day. When we canceled, they billed us an $80 cleaning fee ($40 per bin). They can stuff their $80 fee. I personally cleaned and disinfected the bins myself, so we are NOT going to pay it. THEY broke the contract. When we canceled, as Warrior requested, we placed the bins out front of our property. Nearly three weeks of the bins blowing over into the road (driving hazard), we brought them back onto our property. Their excuse for not picking up: They have someone else (third-party vendor?) pick up the bins; they don't control the schedule. We were offered a paltry fraction of what we originally paid, $125 check (which we have not cashed). We DO NOT accept this amount. Until this is SETTLED AMICABLY due to their BREACH OF CONTRACT, with reasonable refund, their bins are incurring storage fees on our property applied against their BS fees. There are more details, fees and threats from Warrior Disposal, but I want to see how they reply to this much so far. It seems we are not alone in these disputes with the company.

    I paid for a year of service upfront which was almost $300. $280 to be specific, in which I was promised two times a week for trash pick up and one time a week recycle pick up. This company has let my trash and recycle pile up numerous weeks in a row. They claim to be understaffed but they run their business out of a residential home, how can you have trash trucks at a residential home? Thats because they store them in facility. They basically come to work when they feel like it and are not following through with their end of the contract. When someone asks for a refund, they do not offer such a thing, they actually ask for more money in return for a bin cleaning fee. When someone leaves their trash cans out for pick up after canceling their service, it takes months for that to even happen. I want my money back, I want to cancel my contract, and I want no one to ever have to deal with this company again.

    As stated in my invoice, I pay for twice weekly trash pickup and once weekly recycling. First, they do not recycle. They will not admit this on the phone, but the recycling and trash are placed in the same truck which leads to inevitable contamination of the recyclables. Since recycling is important to me, the direct lie about it is concerning. It's not enough to just pick it up. I need them to follow through on the service I hired them for. Second, they frequently miss pickups with no compensation or makeup pickup days. They missed pickup on 4/11/22 and their only resolution was to pick up on the next scheduled day. I am paying for twice a week pickup, not once a week. Third, it is impossible to get them to answer their phones. I've called 3x this week to busy signals. In the past the phone has continued to ring with no pickup. My invoice is due today, but I do not want to continue service with them and can find no way to cancel their services. Fourth, they charge a $40/bin cleaning fee that is not verbally mentioned upon sign up and is nested sneakily in their terms of service. I believe that this is intentional and a shady business practice because I would not have signed up if they had made this openly known when setting up service. At the very least I would like the option to clean my own bins. As a former military spouse I have plenty of experience in that realm, and a vet owned business would know the standards set by military housing in that regard. I have already paid a $45 setup fee, and had many missed pickups. I do not want to give this company any more of my money. I am not seeking any refunds for what they have not provided. I just want a no strings attached cancelation and to part ways with this business.
