    Residential garbage pickup has been missed multiple times starting January 2022. The company doesn't send an email about the delay only AFTER I have emailed them or it the next day. Collection is twice a week but on Friday 7/8 they did not pick up nor replied to my email. I paid for a service and I am not receiving that service. Prior communication would be VERY useful but this has been going on since January.

    Due to the unreliable service we've received from Warrior disposal, we made the decision to close out our account. I called to cancel my service effective April 19th. When my service was cancelled, I was told that it would take approximately ***** days for someone to pick up their trash and recycle bins. After the 14 days, I called back to get another update and was told that the pick-up is done by a 3rd party, and they are running behind. Weeks later, I called again and got the same story. I called a 4th time and was told that whoever I first spoke to never flagged my account to pick up. This was 3 weeks ago. It is now almost 3 months since I have cancelled my service and I still have their bins stored on my property. I feel as if I am storing their property for free. I do not wish to be charged any cleaning fees due to the free storage and I want these bins off my property ASAP!

    Paid for trash services to be picked up teice a week and recycling services once a week, yet they DID NOT give the required 30 day notice and option to cancel services without a fee, before they decided to change our services to ONLY once a week. Plus for being Military, I am being charged a fee, which means this really isn't a "Veteran Owned" business.

    This disposal company constantly misses days (Monday/Thursday). There are times when I have brought my trash bins back to the house because they hardly ever send out an email stating that would come the following day for trash pickup. The manager told me that sending an email was only a "courtesy" and not a policy of theirs to inform the consumers. There has been excuse after excuse. I have messaged them on ********* emailed, and called them! I called them over 40+ times in one day because they would not pick up the phone and again, I am met with another excuse. This company used to have excellent service and now it is HORRIBLE. I tried giving them another chance, and they missed an entire week of trash and only picked up my trash once this week. We then received an email from the company stating that they would only pick up trash once a week now after having a meeting with their ***** of ********** Now they are STEALING the money that I have PAID for to receive service TWICE a week! This is inexcusable! To cancel services, they state that it is a $40 service charge to clean the bins! That is robbery at its finest! They also mix their recyclables WITH the trash, so what exactly are we paying for with this company?! I am very close to taking this to the news and including the email that was recently sent to us! They are stealing from us!

    Company has repeated missed pickups. We get no credits and we don't get notice letting us know about missed pickups. I'm unable to communicate since they never answer their phone line. Additionally, they want to charge $40 a bin of we request to cancel. That's not right. Especially, if the reason one is canceling is due to lack of communication and pickup service.

    I reached out to Warrior Disposal via the email and phone number on their invoices on June 28th, requesting to cancel my service due to poor performance on their end, and have received no response. I emailed again on July 5th and July 8th. So far, no reply at all. When I have attempted to call, the phone has been busy. I have been a customer with ********************** Residential since December 2020. Our service plan is for Trash/Recycle on Mondays and Trash on Thursdays, weekly. At first, the service was pretty great, but it has only gone down hill. Over the last several billing periods, Warrior Disposal has failed to pick up the trash numerous times and failed to communicate with customers before or even after the missed service. Warrior indicated to us that they would skip service July 4 and resume July 5th, picking up our trash July 7th (a Thursday, as normal) but failed to show up at all Thursday or Friday and did not contact us or respond to my email. Prior to this, they have missed numerous service dates. I would like to cancel service for my address effective immediately. I request that Warrior waive any cancellation fees and provide a prorated refund for the time remaining in the current quarter. I recognize that they do not typically offer such a refund, but given the track record of missed services and poor communication, I ask that they make an exception.

    we have recently experienced warrior disposal not picking our trash on their scheduled pick up days. They will also change the pick up or cancel all of a sudden due to staffing issues. This has been a nightmare and because this is something we pay for and expect service just blows my mind. Just this week we were emailed and told how they wont be able to pick ** monday but will pick ** in thursday. Thursday comes around no pick up . I contact then and they say oh we will be there. friday comes trash still sitting there. I email again , they promise someone is coming. Again end of the day Friday and no pick up. Our trash is piled up and with 4th of July here and them already announcing theyre not picking up we dont know what to do. There is no accountability, there is no refund offered due to no service provided. This business is a joke.

    This BUISNESS is supposed to come and pick up 2 times a week and often only comes maybe once, they contact you repeatedly when **** is due but I rarely am able to get ahold of them to find out what going on due to their phone being disconnected only to be told they have no drivers. If they know they can't provide the service why do they continue to charge and collect payments that makes no sense. Please feel free to contact m we at ************.     I've had this company and pay for a service every 3 months and sometimes they don't pick up the trash for a week and a 1/2 to 2 weeks don't send emails or try to call out to you to advise you that they've run into a truck issue or an employee issue just send you emails between 7 and 9 PM when you can't do anything about it but it still expect their money every 3 months for service are not providing
